Communication was spot on. The interior of the home was decorated and furnished so well. Bright and clean. They supplied everything you’d ever need to cook a meal. We stopped at Walmart for paper towels, tissue and toilet paper. I packed some washing machine pods and dishwasher pods. We used the grill one night. Used the pool everyday. It’s so well done. Just beautiful. The outdoor fireplace added to the romantic ambience. We are in our 60’s and went in August so it was very hot. We wouldn’t call it in walking distance to downtown. We took a Lyft everyday but it might be if you’re young. Overall would highly recommend. We appreciated the 3 bed 2 bath as we had 4 adults.

Great communication with the homeowners/manager. Pool needed some attention, not very clean there. The home was nice and clean, well decorated.

Home is awesome, fantastic hot tub spa. 4 person family of the bride stayed in this home just 3 blocks from wedding venue - it was perfect location.

I wished that we were told a lot of the rules before renting walking in and seeing little signs everywhere with threats of more charges was Very off putting. The pictures of the outside is very deceiving the pool area was not cleaned up like the picture showed. The pool felt slimy on the bottom with all the leaves and debris in the pool just didn’t feel clean did ask when it was going to be cleaned but was told to leave the vacuum in which wasn’t working I was looking forward to the outdoors. But just couldn’t get comfortable I wish that this review was better I am a review reader before I rent is why I felt I had leave this review.

Great family fun!

We spent 4 days with our son and 3 grandsons and it was the perfect place for us. Close to restaurants and historic sites and a quick drive to the beach. The home was in great condition, fully stocked kitchen and nice to have laundry room. We all loved the pool & hot tub. They provided pool towels, chairs and a gas grill. So nice to relax after our time touring St Augustine by swimming and cooking at the house. Definitely recommend this place.

Great vacation home for my family

There were three of us staying for a mini vacation to St. Augustine. We loved the home and its location was close enough to walk to town - a great convenience. Home was clean and well appointed. We used the hot tub everyday and it was very relaxing. Everything we needed was provided including clear instructions and recommendations on restaurants and attractions. Rental team was very responsive and proactively communicated with us to ensure everything was OK. Highly recommend this home and team.

Fun time meeting up with my brothers

Place was clean comfortable and it was easy to communicate with the owner. I would suggest front door and back door Matt’s as it was raining and we tried not to get floors a mess . Everything we needed first day was their plates, dishwashing soap, shampoo, and pool towels.

Thank you! This house was as advertised. It was perfectly situated between friends who live there and family in town at the beach. The house was clean and well laid out with everything you could need. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beaches and any attractions you would want to explore. The pool was lovely for our family who spent many afternoons there after exploring. We cannot recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Memorial Weeked Success

We just left this beautiful property and cannot say enough about it. From the moment you walk in you can feel the love and attention to detail this house was built with. The back yard is an oasis and a very nice setting for morning coffee or afternoon drinks! The rooms are spacious and comfy and the house has EVERYTHING you would need. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Great little paradise close enough to downtown St Augustine abs all attractions!!! Pool and hot tub were a plus!! House was filled with everything you need excerpt personal items and good!! Would definitely stay here again

Lovely home and town

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Super cute and cozy and perfect for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub are a great perk - just be aware that due to the many beautiful trees surrounding, they do get quite a bit of debris (now understand why my Florida friends prefer a lanai). The house is conveniently located near town with great restaurants nearby (do NOT miss out on Blue Hen). We can't wait to visit St. Augustine again.

First impressions poor. Neighborhood quite run down. House had a foisty smell. Pool dirty and pool area not much better. Clear that no one was keeping on top of the leaves. Spent almost an hour cleaning the pool. Pool vacuum did not work at all. Had to go and buy gas for grill and patio fire. In the kitchen we found the dishwasher did not clean effectively. The fridge ice maker/dispenser did not work at all. On the positive side - The living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms were all fine and comfortable with plenty of space for two couples. The property had been tastefully refurbished and decorated and provided pleasant accommodation. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not revisit. We thought the property was overpriced compared to other vacation rentals we have done in the past 12 months.

Updated home with everything you needed, beautifully decorated, backyard pool area looked and felt like paradise, nice and quiet neighborhood, close to shops.. we will be back for sure

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Due to covid we stayed home and made most of our own meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool/spa made it easy to keep our kids entertained. The neighborhood is cute and friendly. We took a lot of walks and really enjoyed looking at all of the homes, plants, and birds. Upon arrival we needed to contact the property manager with a quick question about the cable and she responded immediately and was able to resolve our little issue. We would definitely book again.
