Supplies

Make sure that you take additional toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. If you use either much, you need more. Other supplies were good. Towels etc. comfortable beds. Step lift needs removed if not usable going upstairs. Pool was great. Host Patty was great. Great stay and close to the beach.

Loved our stay

My only issue with my stay was that it went way too fast. The townhouse was clean and well-stocked as described. So convenient to the pool and the beach! Nice, quiet, family area. Look forward to a return trip!

While the townhouse allowed pets, the property identified a very small area for walking my medium sized dog, which was about 1/2 block from the townhouse only accessible through the parking lot. The parking lot lighting was almost nonexistent so getting to the dog walk area at night was concerning. Due to the wet weather (not blaming anyone for the weather) I was very concerned about falling in the parking lot.

Loved the unit right off the pool

The garage was such a blessing for us. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, and our bikes. It was nice to know all of the items were safe in the garage.

Great Pet Friendly Stay

For being a pet friendly apartment, it was very clean. For our family of 4 it was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Patty the Manager was also very nice and super helpful. We had a flat tire on our way to St. Augustine and she helped us find a place to fix it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Great location

Great location with easy access to the beach and close to town. Unit was clean and well-stocked. Nice, quiet community that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I really appreciated being able to bring my dogs along, and they loved it too!

My husband, grandchildren, and I really enjoyed our stay. Brought our chihuahuas and they really enjoyed the small walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything needed.

Great quiet location

We had a wonderful time with our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the condo had everything we need. Very quiet place right on the beach and a great location close to historic St. Augustine. Perfect size for our family.

Great family stay!

My family and I had a nice and relaxing stay. We look forward to visiting again. Great location to great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This location was nice and quiet wasn’t over packed. Enjoyed the pool right out the back patio. Beach was just a short walk away.

Wonderful cozy condo!

We had the best time with our kids at the beach! This was such a pretty condo & loved the short walk to the beach. Loved being provided with chairs & things for the beach, definitely came in handy! The lady who rents it is a sweetheart! Definitely looking forward to renting again in the future!!

St Augustine first timers

This trip was perfect and this unit couldn’t have been better. It was only steps from the two pools and the beach. We stayed there for over a month and had no issues. There are a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely book here again.

Great location, needs some work.

The only complaint we have is that the beds in the guest bedrooms were in bad condition. The sheets were stained and the box springs were coming apart. The mattresses were warped and uncomfortable. Unfortunately this made out stay not as enjoyable as it could have been. The location was very ideal though and the rest of the unit was great.
