This is definitely my favorite rental at Summer House. The host is very responsive, the decor is tastefully "beachy" and the team managing the property is amazing. The unit is exceptionally clean and the kitchen has everything you would ever need. And finally, the view is exceptionally good for a non ocean front property. Loved it!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and spacious, the kitchen was completely equipped (a rarity), and the view was amazing. Everyone working at the complex was friendly, and we enjoyed the pickleball courts, which are plentiful and in great shape. This is a large complex, but the layout of the buildings and amenities made it feel smaller. The communication with the property manager was quick and helpful.

The condo is absolutely adorable. Great beachy aesthetic. We had everything we needed for a week stay. Great beach view from the balcony. The condo is close enough to restaurants and activities, but far enough that it was quiet and relaxing. We had a great time.

This condo was so amazing in every way- it was so comfortable with everything we needed and than some. The beautiful kitchen worked so well for us, the showers were updated and beautiful as well. The VIEW was perfect and we could see the ocean and the pool. The landscape was well kept. The walk way to the beach has turtle nests just below the deck. The pools were so refreshing- we actually used two different pools . The staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back again and again! Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to book this beautiful condo. Thank you Patti and David for being such a wonderful host!!

We had a wonderful time and loved the condo! We especially enjoyed the proximity to the (quiet/family friendly) beach and the oceanview. The condo was comfortable, well decorated, and contained everything we needed. (My nephew also enjoyed utilizing the fitness room at the complex.) I will definitely stay there again.

This property is an excellent vacation spot for families. It was very clean and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed playing Uno and other games during our nightly game nights. There were boogie boards and a variety of beach items available for the kids, which was a nice touch. Being located right next to one of the pools and having an ocean view from the balcony were added bonuses.I also appreciated the property owner's excellent communication skills; they were truly top-notch. I have already recommended this property to several friends and can’t say enough great things about our trip. Thanks again, Dave and Patty!

Peace of Heaven truly lives up to its name!

I’ve stayed at many Vrbo listings over the years, and this one easily ranks in my top 5. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable—from the cozy beds and well-appointed furniture to the fully functioning amenities (including great A/C, which can sometimes be hit or miss with beach condos). The location is ideal—a short walk to both the beach and pool, which you can enjoy views of right from the patio. Even during a busy holiday, the area remained quiet and relaxing. The pool was nicely cooled and never overcrowded, which made it even better.I really appreciated the easy parking, especially having a designated spot. David was great to work with—responsive and helpful throughout.Did I mention they actually have comfortable beds!?As someone who grew up with a beach condo just down the road at Four Winds, this place gave me all the nostalgic vibes—but better in every way. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

Amazing!

This was our first time visiting St. Agustine, and “Peace of Heaven” was truly a home away from home. The unit was impeccable; everything we needed was provided. The beach was just a short walk, the pool was great (nice temperature and always clean); and the view out of the balcony was my favorite. It was the perfect place for our family family of four (with a teen and a pre-teen). We’ll definitely be back!! Thank U so much!!

Truly a Peace of Heaven

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo at Summer house. It was clean and decorated so beautifully. We could see and hear the ocean and the beach was a minute walk away. It was clean, quiet and much more private than so many beaches. Everything was just as described. For us the biggest thing was how peaceful it was. I had looked at many condos and prayed for the right one as we needed a restful and refreshing get away. I was so glad we choose Peace of Heaven. It lived up to it's name! We really hope to be back!

Perfect place

I can't say enough nice things about this condo. It is clean, so close to the beach, pristine pool, great parking, comfy beds, all the kitchen items you might need, just perfect. We went to visit our son stationed at NAS JAX and it was wonderful. The hosts also could not be better. Would definitely book again. We have nothing negative to say about the unit or experience it was so nice.

Great Experience

This unit is nearly perfect---location, cleanliness, decor, well stocked kitchen. The management group was unbelievably responsive. I never waited more than a couple of minutes for a response to a question or an issue. I stayed for 4 weeks and the service never waivered. I had a problem with the washing machine and within 24 hours had a new washing machine installed!In additional, this unit may be the cleanest property I have ever rented. It was spotless!The location goes without saying--awesome--beautiful sunrises over the water. I will be back!

Lovely week!

We’ve stayed at Summerhouse many times and this condo was the most updated and nicely decorated. We liked the location within the complex as well. Great pool, easy access to the beach, and nice pickle ball and tennis courts.
