Home to historic architecture, a majestic, cloud-piercing lighthouse, and even a fortress of past civilizations. We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.
