-HOUSE RULES-

• No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.

• No Pets: Pets are not allowed.

• Parking Restrictions: Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property due to HOA and parking restrictions.

• Primary Renter: The primary renter must be present for all bookings and must be at least 25 years old.

• Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

•There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

• Please refer to the `house rules` section for all house rules, thanks!

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
