What stood out most about our stay was how comfortable and well-appointed the home was — everything was clean, welcoming, and exactly as described. The amenities were great, and the host was very responsive, which made the trip easy and relaxing. The only downside was that we couldn’t use the pool, which was disappointing since we were really looking forward to it. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful.

We loved the whole place! The decor was great and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the decks and having all stuff we needed to use at the beach. The elevator was a plus for getting luggage to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Couldn’t have been better! A shout out to Captain Mike at Sea Serpent Airboat Tours. We had a great time there too!

Property was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool is nice. Being right down the street from the beach, bars, food and shopping in walking distance was perfect. Loved the ambiance and house was nice and cool. Lots of balconies too!

Fabulous house and property. Great location with easy access to the beach. The house is very well appointed with pretty much anything you need for a beach vacation. We will definitely book it again!!

Sunsetter was great again this year.

The Sunsetter on St. Augustine Beach is a great house in a great location. Close to everything you will need and the Beach is fantastic. This is our second year at the house and we may just make it three in a row next year.

This place is amazing. My Grandkids did not want to leave. We will definitely be coming back. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, putt putt golf, restaurants and of course ice cream shops. The pool was a plus, and the home was very clean. The property manager was just a text away. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Sunsetter provided the perfect setting for our family getaway with our young adult kids. The home was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the location close to everything on St. Augustine Beach and within easy walking distance to the beach itself, with no need to cross busy A1A with your beach gear. The owners/management were very communicative and lovely the whole way through the process. Highly recommend this wonderful spot for a beach trip!

Family fun in St Augustine Beach

Had a great week with the family and enjoyed our stay at the SUNSETTER immensely. The pool area was very relaxing and the interior rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of pool and beach amenities made the stay very enjoyable. We also received top notch service when requesting extra sheets for a fold out bed. I especially loved the open floor plan of the garage that made a great playroom for the grandkids when it rained. The beach access was quite beautiful to walk and it was only minutes away from Jacks, The Taco Shop, and Stir It Up:) Definitely a prime location for a perfect vacation.

Perfect beach house for the family

Lots of space for the family to either gather or hang out on their own with all the amenities you need. The beach was just steps from the house on a quiet street and allowed dogs :).

Amazing property, beach and location

The property was clean, well stocked and close to attractions and restaurants. We were a multi-generational family and enjoyed the pool as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach. The house provided plenty of room for us to spread but still come together for meals and family time. Great vacation experience!
