The unit is decorated in a beach theme and completely furnished with everything you need during your stay. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet access, an in-unit washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs with DVD/Blu Ray Players to entertain the kids after a long day of fun in the sun! We also have beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys, and Pickleball equipment for use during your stay

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
