Great location and great value but there were dirty dishes left in the sink and the sheets had stains on them. Could use some overall maintenance. Had a great time though and no other issues.

This condo was perfect for us (4 adults, 3 kids). We spent a long weekend here and it had everything we were looking for, especially being right on the beach. Beds were comfy, kitchen felt updated, and had enough seating for all of us. Being on the ground level was such a perk too! Given how much stuff you end up taking to/from the beach. The property managers were incredibly responsive - they even quickly shipped back some items that were accidentally left behind from our stay. We would 100% book this condo again in the future!

Wow! We have been in many beach condos but really felt at home here! It was the most clean of all beach condos we’ve visited, even being on the first floor. It was well stocked, plenty of room for our family of 7. And the property was ideal. Just outside was a spacious patio and grass leading directly to the pool, then beach. They were prompt to respond to a minor issue.We’d love to return to this property and condo.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

The property was perfect for our family of five! Location was a short walk to the beach and complex's pool. Great outdoor patio area. Property was well-stocked with kitchen equipment, extra linens, and all that we needed! Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and affordable

This is a very spacious condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool is close. The walk to the ocean is very short and very nice.

Condo proximity to pools and the walk to the beach was very close and easy. The condo was not super clean, i asked for an early check in so i wonder if that made them not clean as well, im not sure. Overall location is great and the unit is what we needed for our week at the beach. Loved the walk out porch.

Great Location!

Loved being so close to the beach! Really enjoyed walking my dog and watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. It's a short drive to the historic St. Augustine downtown area. Publix is only 2 minutes away so I coukd get all we need for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the baking feature on the oven did not work. But the convection oven finally roasted our turkey. I learned too late that the emergency number I was given does not receive text messages. They were very responsive to emails. Outside of the turkey still being raw when we were scheduled to have dinner, it was a great stay. Very clean. Though I wasn't sure that the sheets had been changed. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great stay

Super clean and easy to access everything. Beautiful property that easily slept 5 adults. The pools are impeccably kept and easy beach access. The condo itself was spacious, super clean, and had all amenities wanted except a hair dryer ( which isn’t a big deal at all). We would stay again.

Love the location!!!

Great location of the property and specifically the condo within the property - first floor almost poolside and short walk to beach. Condo supplied with comfortable sleeping arrangements, linens, towels. Kitchen has nice appliances and amenities. A suggested addition would be ceiling fans in the other 2 bedrooms (in master bedroom only). Loved our time there.

It was even better than expected! Clean, cozy, and well stocked unit with an amazing patio about 30 ft to the pool and a few yards farther over the dunes to the beach. Can't wait to return with family/friends!

Roach infestation

The location was very good and grounds were nice however the first night both kids had roaches in their rooms. The next morning the countertops on the kitchen had roaches crawling all over them. Even the dishwasher had roaches inside and around. The utensil drawer had roaches crawling around as well. We contacted the office and they did have someone come out to spray but it didn’t t help. We were only there 4 nights and the 3rd and 4th night was no different. They need someone to go in and rid the entire infestation before renting it out again. I did leave a review with the rental co but haven’t heard back. I never leave bad reviews however this was really bad.

Great Place

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. Had to call the management team about the oven not working on Thanksgiving day and they had someone on site to fix the problem within an hour. I would highly recommend this unit.
