Very Nice Condo with Short Walk to Beach and Heated Pool!

Condo was very nice. Super easy check-in/check-out process. Short walk to the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. Loved the heated pool. Lots of good communication emails before, during and after stay, so we were super prepared before we even arrived. There were only a few things we had to do before check-out. Having stayed in places that make you do a ton of things, this short list was very appreciated. Would stay here again!

Family suntime

We enjoyed our stay although the weather was cooler than usual.never had the opportunity to use the big balcony because of the wind. And it faced north. We’ll be aware of that when booking in the future. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Quiet except for the howling wind thru the sliding doors.

Great girls trip!

We loved this location! It is just steps from the beach and has two great pools! We loved the outdoor area. There is not a lot of restaurants to walk to, but it is a very easy driving area. We would stay here again!

Great Condo

We were very impressed with the organization of the condo’s contents. Everything was clean and tidy. The heated pool was also clean and roomy. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. The balcony is also very spacious.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

This condo is beautiful. It is exactly as pictured. Everything is newer, clean, and works. Our bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The kitchen had everything we needed. Took us a few minutes to find the washer/dryer.. lol.. they are in a separate room with the pool noodles, hot water tank, and beach chairs. (a room to the right of the front door) The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools are clean and there is plenty of seating. It's a short walk to the beach, and we used our beach wagon to get our beach stuff down and back. My only issue was a broken coffee pot (& I need my morning coffee) & Sunshine Realty sent someone over ON the 4th of July to bring AND set up a new coffee pot. So, the problem was corrected immediately! Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. The property was very quiet in the mornings and evenings too. Also, I really appreciated the small things included in the rental stay ... extra garbage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, soap, shampoo...etc. So thoughtful. We miss being there already.

It was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was exactly as described. I would recommend upgrading to a Kuerig and maybe adding a beach cart. But all around, the place was fantastic.

Vacation

This was our first time at this property and will not be our last. The condo was just as described and perfect for our family. Very nice and well equipped. Perfectly located with many eating options very close. Only thing that was little confusing is that the unit number is 102 and it’s located on the third floor. This was not a problem for us but if look for walk in on first floor this would not be the one for you. Other than that would highly suggest this unit.
