We are local to St Augustine but needed a spot to stay with our dog while some work was being done on our place. Great location and just right for what we needed. It was Spring Break week but things were quiet and peaceful. Good communication with the owner.

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our beach stay. Location is convenient to everything, Including the best section of the beach on A1A. Owner eas very responsive to my questions when I was checking in.

Family reunion

Condo was clean and served our purpose in a fine way. Was handy to pavilion, pool , & clubhouse. The pavilion and clubhouse were perfect for family reunion gatherings and cookouts. David, the condo owner, was easy to work with and answered our pre-arrival questions in a timely manner

A cozy condo

This was a great place for the two of us…..bed was comfy and pillows were too. We like the area and the location is excellent ! Kitchen had basic supplies. Furnishings were adequate. Good communication from rental managers!

Basic but Everything you Need

The unit was basic and could use updating. However, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. There were a few minor issues but the host responded immediately and everything was resolved quickly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfort

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on, while in a rental for sometime. I have a bad back and the bed was awesome. The unit is close to the pool. The unit is close to the highway, but we were not disturbed by the sound of traffic. We definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was very clean upon our arrival. Plenty of dishes, linens, paper goods were provided. Extremely quiet, never heard the neighbors. Screen porch was great. Although we did not use the pool, both appeared just as pictured in the listing. We saw many guests with pets but never heard one sound from any of them. Bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival, the gate from the main road was not working but that was fixed during our stay. Overall, very comfortable lodging and we would come back again.
