Our stay at OVC R17 was perfect! Close to the beach, pool, and entertainment. Very friendly area. The owner was very easy to get in touch with, if needed. House was very clean and beds super comfortable. Not to mention, all the extras that we didn’t have to pack. This condo has it all! Definitely will be back!

To say that this condo is clean as an understatement! The owners instructions for check-in were simple and clear, everything you could possibly need is already in the condo except for your clothes and your food. The location is steps from the beach and a two minute walk to the pool which is also kept super clean. Rarely have I stayed at a VRBO and not had one negative thing to say this is definitely a place I will tell my friends & family to rent. I would recommend this for families or couples who want a nice quiet safe beach getaway. The complex itself is in a great location many things are within walking distance. Also, the owner Cheryl is very accessible - although we did not need her much because the condo is so well prepared, she was always just a text message away.

Too short of a vacation

This condo is absolutely perfect from location to being fully stocked. The best is the beds. The mattress is wonderful. I haven’t had that peaceful of a nights sleep in forever. The owner of the condo is super nice and very accommodating. I appreciate the quick responses received with questions asked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

This unit is a very clean beautifully decorated condo. The host has provided every comfort of home that you could want. It is truly a home away from home. It is located steps away from the beach in a very safe area. Minutes from all that St Augustine has to offer.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was cooler than we had hoped for but was able to enjoy several walks along the beach. The morning sunrise walks were absolutely beautiful. Cheryl was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her place.

Perfect three-week stay

The property owner, Cheryl had everything you could possibly need for our stay in her condo. In addition, the condo was as advertised, extremely clean and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

St. Augustine Trip

Property was exactly as pictured. Was clean, king bed very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Everything you needed for the beach or pool was also at your disposal. The location of the condo has you steps away from both swimming pools and the beach. Loved that in less than five minutes you could get to the ocean. Only six or seven miles to beautiful historic St. Augustine and so many restaurants to choose from. Every restaurant that we tried was great! The city was decked out for the holidays. Had a great time! get to t he e ocean.

Great little condo/great location

The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos depict. The location was very convenient. We had flown in, so did not bring any beach equipment but it was not needed as Cheryl had provided everything, from large size beach towels, to beach umbrella, tote bag, cooler. If you wanted bougie boards or fun noodles they were there too. The beds were extremely comfortable and communication was very easy. She also allowed us an extra hour for check out since our flight was not leaving until later in the afternoon and we did appreciate that. The only couple of things we were a bit disappointed in, is the fact that we stayed ten nights. With a ten night stay we would have expected more than ONE garbage bag in kitchen and bath and ONE roll of toilet paper. That did seem a bit stingy for a ten night stay, But thankfully we had planned ahead and each stuck a roll of TP in our suitcase along with a couple extra garbage bags. If we had not done that, we would have been upset to have to go purchase a box of garbage bags and TP for our stay. The other thing is, the entire week, we were always thinking that it sure would be nice if she had provided a wagon to help with carrying the chairs and beach umbrella and totes/cooler down to the beach. We were two senior ladies and it was quite difficult for us. Of course that is not really required of condos but it would have helped us out a lot. The walk to the beach is longer than you think. We recommend the condo and would stay again.

We had a nice stay at this unit. It was truly very clean and had all of the conveniences you could ever need. Also, the owner was delightful and helped us tremendously! It was a short trip but we hope to return.

Rain and Flooding

Property was just as pictured and described. Check-in was very easy and we were actually able to check in early. We were so excited to realize we were so close to the pool and beach. It poured down the rain on Monday of our trip and completely flooded the pathway to the pool and beach. There was a bit of grass you could walk through but the Maintenace man decided to use it to take the golf cart thru which then made it a muddy and slippery mess. The rain continued the whole week which made the flooding continue to get worse. It also made it impossible to get in or out the back exit to the resort. I did not see any of this information in the reviews I read so I wanted to make sure that other people knew. Especially for those that may be handicapped.

Relaxing getaway

This beach home has literally everything you could possibly think of needing. It even has the cutest coffee bar station! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. The owner went out of her way to think of little extras you might have forgotten to pack. I’ve never stayed at a place that had all the thought put into little extra touches that I experienced here. Everything was fantastic with our stay. Cheryl was super easy to work with and gave us everything we needed to know well in advance. Everything you need for the beach is there, making packing so much lighter. Can’t recommend this place enough! Make sure you book this one…just not when we plan on coming back! 😂

This was an all around dream week at the beach This condo is well appointed, beatifically decorated and close to the beach and the pool. So many extras provided by the host. Chairs, towels, sand toys, coolers. How can anyone ask for more? Our family will definitely book this condo for another stay on any return trip. And extremely clean- every last aspect.

Family Beach trip

From the very beginning, Cheryl made this reservation process so easy. Communication clear and thorough. Property location excellent, literally one or two minutes from the beach. Our boys loved having access to the pool as well, just as a different option to be outside in the sun. I think it is in a great spot, far enough away from Saint Augustine, that you don’t have to worry about traffic. We can walk to nearby restaurants, or bike a little further down the A1A strip.

All the extras every other owner overlooks

This is an amazing condo with everything you need for your vacation. Believe me, no detail was overlooked!! Beach access is a breeze and the pool areas are inviting on this well maintained property.
