We had to cut short our stay from 3 months to 1.5 month, due to family circumstances, I can understand that condos/hotels need to manage their inventory, so i tried to be fair giving Patty my 30 day notice. In 1min after sending an email,(no kidding) i received a warning from my bank, that my credit card have been charged by this host. Unfortunately, Patty was not interested in my situation, she sent a new departure request to leave one week earlier, didn't give my deposit back and she was blaming me for not being able to rerent the place. It was obvious they didn't appreciate me as a customer and my business, didn't care about my experience. It's all about money...
The condo was taken off the market only for 2 weeks, and with 30days advance notice, they had a chance to relist the place to make it available. It's not my fault they couldn't rent out the condo.
About the place, it's ok for the price. Location is good, on a noisy street though, condo is very small and outdated need TLC.
