A clean, quiet and peaceful place to stay and only steps to the beach . Two pools were very close to us but we just enjoyed staying on the beautiful wide beach . Would definitely stay again. Please realize though this building did not have an elevator and it is on the third floor.

My host, Mario, responded quickly and clearly to questions. When the condo assoc informed the residents that there would be some maintenance work, Mario made sure that I knew.The kitchen was well stocked with useable pots, pans, knives, etc. I especially liked the cuisinart counter top toaster oven. The kitchen stove and oven were clean, as was the rest of the unit.The wi-fi was fast and reliable, the television of god quality.

We enjoyed our stay, our host Mario always responded quickly and gave us the information needed for our stay. The location was great and the condo and faculty clean. If you get a chance also check out the local restaurant the Crabby seafood restaurant, it was amazing. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. We will definitely be returning:)

We love this condo. This is our 3rd or fourth stay at this exact condo and we hope to stay again next year. They have everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. I love the view from the balcony as well.

Wonderful

The rental was perfect. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were close to the beach, pool, and hot tub. There are restaurants and things to do within walking distance or a short drive. It was a quick drive to the popular downtown area as well. We loved it here.

Great accommodations on St. Augustine Beach!

My family has vacationed at the St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort for decades. We love the facilities and the location right on St. Augustine Beach. This unit we rented was clean and well appointed with a comfortable king bed in the master suite. The beach was a 3-minute walk and we could see the ocean and the sunrise from our balcony! The pools and hot tubs were nice and well maintained. The Wi-Fi internet through Comcast was fast. We didn't receive check-in instructions before we arrived, so we ended up paying an extra last-minute fee for a parking pass, but we were able to contact the owner by phone after we arrived and get all the info we needed to get inside. We would definitely rent here again!

St Augustine Beach Revisited

A very clean and nicely outfitted condo that is a short walk from the beach. Situated in a secure compound. The unit is nicely decorated. We had a nice stay at one of our favorite beaches.

Fun gals get away

1st time non hotel stay for 2 gals, they loved it. Unit is exactly as pictured, spotless. Beds were comfy and quality soaps and such. We did use the nice washer and dryer. The beach chairs and towels were a nice touch. We felt extremely safe at the complex. Will stay again when in the area.

Rest and relaxation

We have rented this property multiple times now and love its proximity to everything in St Augustine. We love the balcony, it’s a short walk to the beach and the pools are amazing. Everyone there is so nice and the owner kept in contact with me. We will be back.

Great place for a family getaway

Clean, well equipped condo in a great location. A quick walk across the parking lot to the beautiful beach or a 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. Perfect location. Great restaurants nearby and downtown. We will book again.

Perfect Fourth Week

The condo is clean, cool and very comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook in, eat in or warm up. The owners are delightful and quick to respond. The resort was TOTALLY FULL but it was so quiet even given the fireworks and people. Great week. Thank you.
