Pier Point South condo was perfect

We stayed at number 36 at pier point South condominiums and it was delightful. We were a family of six and had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this spot.The condominium is located walking distance to everything. The beach and the pool were delightful.

Great location, right on the beach

This was our first time in St Augustine, and we couldn't have been happier. The condo was spacious, with an incredible view of the beach and ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. The unit had everything we needed for a week at the beach during spring break. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and every room had ceiling fans, which is a plus. Multiple eating options within an easy walk (pizza, ice cream, donuts, several beach/seafood restaurants). We will definitely be back to the area, and would not hesitate to stay here again. Only complaint for the property would be the pool access. It requires a key fob, would be much easier with a family if the pool gate was a key code.

Nice family vacation

We had a great time! The condo was everything that we expected and more. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach when we weren’t sightseeing. Loved the walkability to the restaurants, we enjoyed Salt Life a few times. Island Doughnuts is a must along with Mayday ice cream. We will definitely be back to St. Augustine and would stay at the property again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It’s in a great location, close to everything. Easy to walk to breakfast or dinner. The unit was just as described, very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.

Beachfront getaway

Great location-convenient to restaurants, historic downtown and the beach. Unit was very clean, had all you need for meal prep if thats what you want to do. Plenty of bath towels. Its nice to have a washer/dryer if needed. The view is as posted-you see the ocean from the master bedroom and living room.

Excellent location in north side of the beach and walkable to several excellent restaurants, coffee and donuts/sweets, Condo is straight facing the ocean so both the balcony and master bedroom have killer views of the water Older community but fully renovated, immaculate and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again. Hosts were excellent!!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine over New Year’s Eve! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the pier, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was being able to watch the fireworks right from the property, which made the celebration extra special. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing and festive getaway!

We will be back!

Excellent rental! Super nice and updated on the interior. Great amenities on the inside. The porch view was perfect for the pool and ocean. Smart TVs were great for when our kids were ready to unwind. Awesome location for food. Sunset Grille, Salt Shack, Antonio’s Pizza, Island Donuts, and Mayday Ice cream are all within walking distance. — Owners had great communication as well. We will be back there sometime!!

My daughter bought us Stephen Sanchez concert tickets for my birthday and we chose this lovely condo for our stay. Neither of us had been to St. Augustine and we absolutely loved it. The condo was perfect! I truly have nothing but positive remarks! The view was amazing, everything was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely return! Thank you for allowing our stay.

Beach lovers

We were extremely happy with the location and the view. The condo was very comfortable especially the beds. Easy walk to great restaurants. Live band at the pier on Wednesday a great surprise bonus. We’ve also stayed at Ocean Trace but I liked this location better. We will visit again.

Perfect place!

The condo was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located to everything! The bed was firm, which I normally wouldn’t care for, but I slept like a rock and my lower back pain is actually much better. (That has nothing to do with anything, but thought it was worth mentioning.) We were welcomed with a hand written note and lots of coupons and freebie cards, which was really nice! The property management company was thorough and communicative the whole time, which was a breath of fresh air also. Overall, this was the most pleasant booking experience as well as the most accurate representation of what you would be getting with your room. We definitely recommend! Also, you are within walking distance of a delicious donut shop, several restaurants, and a super convenient “beach bus” that took us downtown. No fighting for parking!

Great views

This condo had great views of the pool area and the beach. The condo is well equipped, and we cooked in most nights and enjoyed our down time. The beds were comfy and all linens provided make it much easier for travel. The condo is in an ideal area, surrounded by great restaurants that you can walk to and listen to music. We made frequent visits to the donut shop next door on one side and the ice cream shop on the other!
