This is a great property for a large group, we all had our own space when needed and a large space so we could gather together. Just a short walk to the beach and not far from St Augustine. The owner was quick to respond when we arrived and needed additional information. Plenty of space for everyone!

The house is exactly as pictured- beautifully decorated and spacious. We hosted 16 people for our wedding and everyone had room to sleep and move around. The upstairs kitchen and dining area was perfect for sharing meals with everyone and the kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. Access to the beach was easy by being at the end of the street. Plenty of dining locations within walking distance as well.

Misreprentation and poor customer service

The property was listed as having 6 bedrooms, but there were only 5. This caused real issue for our family. We reported it to Vrbo, but they dragged their feet, then after our stay was over closed the case with no resolution. They even requested if we had photos of the property bedrooms after we left, completely unreasonable. Very disappointing experience with both Vrbo’s listing and customer service.

The property was great. The description was accurate. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the easy walk to coffee, shops and eatery's. We had 16 in our group and 2 small dogs. It all worked out great. I would definitely recommend this property.

Family beach getaway

We rented out both the upstairs and downstairs units. Perfect for extended family. Beautiful home and extremely clean. There was plenty of areas for people to gather and spend time together. The beach is a very short walk with a ramp (great for older family members or people with mobility issues). Loved the location- great coffee right across the street. We also spent time in the historic district and is only a 15 minute drive. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location

Beautiful property. We rented both units. It’s great having 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. We mostly hung out upstairs so the people who wanted to sleep early could sleep downstairs. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway

Fantastic units! Perfect location right by the beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We had eight adults and everyone had a great room. Amenities were great. Will definitely stay there again!

Steps to the beach, clean and bright!

We chose this as a destination for our Women’s Wellness Weekend. It was the perfect location for our sunrise beach walks. Loved having the Kookaburra right across the street. Very easy drive into town to visit downtown. The space is wonderful, so bright and open. Clean and plenty of space to spread out. Excellent kitchen space for cooking and socializing at the same time. The balconies on the top unit were a great spot to chill out and read or relax. I would definitely recommend this spot for families or small groups.

Best hands down

This place was hands down one of the best we ever stayed in. From the house itself to the property was just neat and clean. Walking distance to the beach was a great hit with everyone. No road to cross or anything. Easy 3 minutes walk and you are standing on the beach. Everything you need extra was in a short driving distance. The owners always kept in touch to ask if we needed anything and the few things we needed were taken care very quickly. Definitely a must to rent and stay. Will definitely stay here again when we come back. Our kids didn’t want to leave.

Great stay next to the beach

A large group of my friends stayed several nights for a wedding in downtown St. Augustine and had a great time! Proximity to downtown was convenient, we had quick access to a great beach, and lots of space in the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean updated property with plenty of room for our two families. Steps to the beach, coffee across the street and restaurants within walking distance. Booking, check in were easy with no issues during our stay. Highly recommend.
