El departamento que nos Asignaron 'NO TENIA NADA EN COMPARACIÓN CON LAS FITOS DELA PROPAGANDA"Estaba Desde la cocina refrigerador y otras cosas con cucarachas y los baños se notaba que no han sido lavados por mucho tiempo. ES UNA PENA PORQUE ESTA UBICADO CON BUEN ACCESO A LA PLAYA Y UBICADO SERCA DE MUCHOS BUENOS LUGARES Y RESTAURANTES. Ya anteriormente nos habíamos llevado una decepción porqué la plomeria no fincionaba bien, pero esta segunda vez Me deje llevar por la propaganda y crei que seria una mejor experiencia. El PERSONAL ES COMPLETAMENTE INEXISTENTE Y LOS POCOS QUE VI ERAN RUIDOSOS Y NISIQUIERA CONTASTARON UN 'BUENAS TARDES" EL HOMBRE DE OJOS AZULES"! En fin Deverian de prestar mas Atencion a la LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADO DE SUS INSTALACIONES ES UNA LASTIMA VERDADWRAMENTE. No dare una estrella por el simple hecho que 'No pasamos dentro de la unidad" ... Espero que Mejoren

Positives: clean, everything worked, was on the beach, two nice pools. Nice to have a washer & dryer. No ocean view as it was a ground floor, which was fine, because there is no elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor. This property has been there awhile, the unit was outdated. Could use some updating and paint. There were cracked tiles, carpet tearing between kitchen floor and carpeting. Baseboards very worn which makes them look dirty. The master bedroom cooled well, but the second bedroom didn’t so much.

Stayed here for a week with my family and we had a great time. Great location and all of the amenities we needed. Only thing missing was beach chairs but we made do.

Condo was very large. Bedding was great. Trek to the beach was a rough experience over the dunes. This could be very rough for some. Entry hallway had cracked tile and doors were missing from laundry. Kitchen and dining room light didn’t work. Pools were very nice and clean. Beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were supplied. Location was close to everything. Great spot.

Spent 4,days here and had an excellent time . This place was clean very well kept. It had it all in working condition. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was perfect in San Agustín and as for the resort the location was very good and the apartment was clean, the beds comfortable but needs minor maintenance, the towel rack was broken, the heater door fell and other small details, otherwise everything was fine.

This property is nicely designed and close to the ocean. We stayed on 3rd floor with wonderful views. Parking was convenient and online staff were very responsive to text messages. Pool and hot tub were very clean and had easy access. Highly recommend this place.

There is no club house and no fitness center at this accommodation. The unit was exceptionally clean. The bathroom door is concerning as it locks when you close it and then can only be opened from the outside. Luckily my daughter had her phone with her when she got locked in, and could call for help. This should be looked into before any small children stay in this unit.
I used a hair tie to keep the door from locking one in.
The towel bar is missing so there is no place to hang a towel.
There are no hooks on the bathroom doors for towels either.

We liked this place very much. Not only the condo was comfortable with many amenities included, but it was closed to the (beautiful) beach, restaurants, a supermarket (Publix) and a Starbucks 😀 We will definitely come back soon!

Bday get away!

The room was absolutely amazing! Loved how big all the rooms were everything was so clean! the beds were super comfy. The big tub in the king bed room was so nice, just wish the jets worked. Loved are stay cant wait to stay again. 10 out of 10!

Great property at a great deal. Very close and beautiful walk to the beach. Both pools and the hot tub were clean and not packed. Our rooms were big and clean. Condo had all the amenities and some. Id stay here again for sure.

The property is a great location. Close to the beach. Only negative I have to share is some amenities not available/working, and poor communication after the fact. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We had a spacious condo with a beautiful view. Some things did not work but the management company found ways for us to get our needs met. Nice access to the beach.

Great beach location. Note: no elevator so must haul luggage up stairs….we were on the 3rd floor. No instructions for how to operate TV. Overall, quiet and nice place to stay….would stay here again.

There were two nice balconies off the condo. Comfortable seating and beds. Property needs a thorough cleaning though. One of the glass doors doesn’t close properly so it doesn’t lock. All in all it was an average stay.

Overall the stay was nice great view and walk to the beach but it was some thing so noticed around the resort that really needs some fixing and updating also in the room as well. The hot was didn’t stay hot long the hot tub was trash.

I thought I would have a partial ocean view but only a side view of the property. The screen had a photo that said partial ocean view. Maybe it should be more clear in your. photos
