The property is beautiful. Condo was nice could use more towels for longer stays and there was no washer or dryer in unit. There are 2 sets on diffrent floors but mostly in use so we had to travel to a laundry mat. The condo is very small but i would stay again. Overall it was a nice place and the manager was available if needed.

Our stay was excellent. Great accommodations, exactly as described. The host was attentive and welcoming. Great ocean view, easy access to pool and beach. Pet friendly for our best buddy too! The only problem was the trip came to an end way too soon! 10/10 recommend

Great beach access. I couldn’t see the ocean from my room, even tho it said ocean views ( I was on the bottom floor with high wall and foliage). The outdoor seating was not inviting. The room was adequate, but musty, and no dishwasher.

Very Nice, convenient to beach, St Augustine, also heated pool

The place was perfect for our stay, it was warm and cozy, clean and had all the amenities we needed like a coffee maker, stove, etc. The beach was walking distance, about 3mins from the property. The owner was very informative and quick to reply when contacted. We will definitely rebook with this property when we return.

just a place to stay

good things - location nice beach area nice pool area the unit has been nicely updated the bed was fairly comfortable the hosts were responsive i loved the online screen in the unit for info and checking in and out not so good things - someone said it’s “compact” nice way of saying very small the kitchen has no counter space the stove is in the living area with no exhaust which means whatever you cook is everywhere there’s a giant sliding glass door that can only be locked with a pole neither of the giant tvs worked apparently due to internet issues the complex itself is like a giant maze to get the beach pet areas etc the “ocean view” can only be seen if you stand up on the patio chairs i would recommend only for someone young and only for 2 people you get what you pay for

Perfect Little Condo

We had an amazing time. Our fur baby (55lb rescue) throughly enjoyed her 1st trip to the beach as well. The host was excellent and quickly addressed any concerns. (Only concern we had was connecting to the Wi-Fi in living room, but host immediately addressed) Enough room to set up large dog kennel. Large TVs. Bed was super comfy. Great water pressure in shower. Pizza and ice cream across the street. The only complaint is the pool closed on the early side. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

My stay

The beach was great. The hotel was a maze to get around, had to go around the world to get out to the beach. It wasn’t the cleanest place I have ever been at. The condo needs rugs at the door, under the coffee table and definitely around the bed, no one like walking around and getting in bed with dirt and sand all over their feet, makes the place seem disgusting. I messaged the host about the WiFi not working but didn’t hear back until after we had left, so we only got about 5 or 6 tv channels. We left a day early if that summarizes the stay.

Served purpose for a quick weekend getaway. Strong cleaning chemical smell upon arrival that dissipated some during our two day stay. Overall clean except under bed where I found lots of hair, dirt and dust when looking for outlets. No working lock on sliding glass door to outside ground level patio which was concerning. Had a large dowel rod in door track. Had everything needed for our stay and communication and property details, instructions were good. Would be nice to have some hooks mounted on wall as there is little storage. Feel like this little condo just needs some updating and a little TLC.

Worn and Lacking Cleanliness

The photos & description of #130 was not representative of the reality. I fully appreciate the fact that the complex was built a few decades ago, but old doesn’t always mean dated and worn! Though, the condo had updated flooring and bathroom shower, the kitchen stove and oven were old & very tiny. The cookware was sticky and dirty looking, as well as much of the silverware was missing, as well as basic utensils to cook with. The bedroom ceiling light was missing bulbs and the lamps were very small, leaving very little light. The outdoor patio was dirty and you had to be 6ft tall to actually see the ocean. The owner of the condo struggled to give simple accurate directions regarding the WiFi sign-in. BUT, it was a good thing, as I found it was not a secure WIFI. However, the front desk of the complex was very helpful and quickly gave me a simple password for a SECURE WIFI. Lastly, there were two very nice large tvs —however, without the “Owner’s”WIFI, the channels were very limited and there were two remotes per TV that were confusing—no instructions. Finally, NOT related to the condo, there a locker-room odor in the outer areas around the walkways. The positives: the pool at the complex was clean and a complex attendant walked around offering pool towels. The beach was beautiful and very clean. The condo had a nice digital concierge that was very helpful with restaurant/activities/events!
