Place was nice. When I first arrived I didn’t think it would be nice because the entrance and parking lot it looked dated but the inside was well kept and the inside of the condo was nice. Beach access was easy and close. The pool was nice. The beds were not the most comfortable but I expect that. The pull out couch was good for kids. But for adults it was awful! TVs were good. I will say bring bottled water- do not drink the tap water it made us sick! I did appreciate there were a couple laundry detergent packs so we could do laundry. Host was super fast with communication. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo!! Very comfortable, fabulous location, loved the gorgeous beach. Some of the amenities included great beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Great kitchen space, very comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. Beautiful deck and views. We very much enjoyed our stay! Wish we owned it!! :)

We had a wonderful 4-night stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Lovely views and ocean breeze from the balcony; access to the beach was just several minutes away. A great location close to restaurants, the lighthouse, historic St Augustine, and other attractions; appreciated the quiet location away from the busy downtown area. The hosts were exceptional - clear communication regarding check-in/check-out, and very responsive to questions. I highly recommend and will stay there again!

We stayed mid week and it was a great little spot! Clean, well decorated and a FULLY stocked kitchen. The host really went above and beyond to make sure everything you need it there. Property has direct beach access and two pools, not heated but lots of chairs and well maintained. Quiet location and easy access to AIA and St Augustine Beach businesses. The historic town was an easy 10- 15 minute drive away and close to all stores (grocery, Walmart, liquor etc) Host was responsive and check in/out was a breeze.

It was very well appointed. The recliner was very much appreciated!! It had everything we needed. We did buy a kerig and left it for others. There were a few minor things to mention. No ceiling fans, the balcony never gets sun, the primary bath is rather small and the burners on the stove slant. Love elevators/shopping carts, pool and beach accsess and enCentrally located. All great amenities!!

**WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE**

This property is going through major construction/demolition!! We booked this condo on 2/19/25 to stay 3/28/25-4/2/25. Two days prior to arrival, we were notified of construction happening on the premises and to expect noise between the hours of 9-5. The unit manager advised they let us know as soon as they found out, however, an employee in the office at SABTC advised that the construction began 7 months ago. At the time of my booking, there was nothing in the listing advising of the construction. Upon arriving to the condo, both patio doors were boarded shut from the outside! We paid money for ocean view & to enjoy the patio-that was taken from us!! Unit manager acted surprised by this & completely unaware of the situation. Playing dumb.I would stay FAR AWAY from this place until construction is completed. Construction work began daily 7:30am-4:30pm. Complete restoration projects going on- drilling concrete, resurfacing patios- constant noise pollution. We were refunded for 3 of our nights stay and offered free tickets for attractions in the area, but that was not adequate in my opinion. The condition of this property was not disclosed, and this condo should not be open for renting.Our entire vacation was negatively impacted, and we were told we could check out at any time. The unit manager does not care! If you want to hear constant drilling and not be able to sleep in on vacation- this is the place for you!

Fabulous condo

This condo was great. Loved it's proximity to the beach, it was very clean and the decor was cute. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals and the bed was comfortable. The best communication for any short term rental I've ever stayed at! Would definitely like to stay again!

Perfect getaway

My wife and I found this rental at the last minute after having to change our plans from the gulf side due to the hurricane. David was very responsive, confirming all was well with the property. He was right. Clean, updated unit with balcony view of pools and ocean. Spent time on the beach and at the pools. Perfect spot for time in the sun

Great Beach Week

We surely needed a week at the beach and this condo was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. It actually has two bedrooms and comfy beds. It was ready at check-in time and all we needed was the numeric code—no worries about picking up keys. There are lots of good restaurants near-by so, we didn't do a lot of cooking, but still felt the kitchen is well-equipped.

This was a great location and the condo was very spacious. Loved the balcony opening to the living room and master bedroom. Very well stocked. Pool and grounds weee very well kept. Wish the uninvited quest Milton would have stayed home lol. Thanks for keeping us updated on evacuations and all of your assistance. Hope to come back someday.
