Beautiful place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s within walking distance to a great beach, and the host thoughtfully provided all the necessary beach gear. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our visit! The host was wonderful and very welcoming! She was extremely nice and full of details for our stay. She was very prompt in messaging. I could go on and on. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean, we had everything we needed. It was perfect for my family of 4. Views were beautiful and the 2 balconies were a plus! In August, my sister, my 11-year-old niece, my 10-year-old daughter, and I had a delightful stay at the condo in Butler Beach. The highlight of our mornings was watching the sunrise on tge beach—it was simply beautiful and a wonderful way to start the day.The short walk to the beach made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand, which the kids loved. After a day of beach activities, the pool became our evening retreat; the girls had a fantastic time splashing around and relaxing.We also appreciated the variety of local restaurants nearby. Each meal we had was enjoyable, with many delicious options to choose from. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we felt the condo provided a great base for our family vacation. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great condo located in Sea Place that's been renovated recently. Location is fantastic and close to everything. Beach access is a very short walk and the pool is right by the condo. Easy check in/out process and we'll definitely be booking this location again next time we stay in Butler Beach.

This is a beautiful condo and a convenient location. Easy beach access which has a shower to wash off the sand on your feet. It is an easy check- in procedure.It was so nice to have beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, for the adults and toys for our grandson.Candy is a great communicator.

Beautiful unit

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless — clearly well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet still peaceful and quiet. The unit itself was fully stocked with all the essentials and more, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Candy was amazing to deal with as well, a true pleasure.

Great location & complex

It was a very nice unit however the steps were horrible with a 2 year old & 4 month old, to stay again it would have to be a ground level unit. We brought way too much stuff to haul to the beach, so the load and unload up and down stairs & trek to beach was a lot! It would have been nice to have a cart available but we knew in advance there wasn’t one. Everything appeared as listed & looked nice. When we got there the two year old ran around barefooted & her feet were black! I took pictures, so I would say that the floors needed mopped, appeared clean but were not. The complex & facilities were very nice.

Home away from home

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this clean and well-maintained condominium! The easy access to the beach and pool made our family vacation enjoyable. A big plus was having beach chairs, towels, and toys provided, which made our beach days even better. Plus, it was just a short drive to St. Augustine for exploring and dining. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach escape!

St.Augustine retreat

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip in this very clean and well supplied condo! The beds were super comfortable with a nice morning coffee balcony off of the master. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and Candy was very attentive and helpful with any questions.The best is an absolutely gorgeous beach just steps away! I liked this location that was easy driving into St.Augustine away from the hubbub a bit. We found great restaurants and coffee shops and many beautiful nature walks nearby.My daughter is gluten free and there were a surprising number of accommodating restaurants close by. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this condo and location!

Great long weekend in St Augustine!

The place was wonderful- steps away from the beach! This unit is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and Candy was super responsive when we needed help with the code. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, good location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The complex is next to the beach and close to several restaurants. It was clean. There was water in the refrigerator waiting for us which was a nice surprise.

Weekend Getaway

The property was beautifully decorated. Candy was easy to reach when I had questions. I wish we had more time to spend in St. Augustine and to enjoy this bright and spacious townhome. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the historical St. Augustine. I highly recommend you renting this townhome for your next vacation. .
