It is an end unit with own private, internal elevator (*I need to know ahead if you need it*), a 2 car garage and a small, fenced 'backyard' located directly adjacent to the most quiet pool. It has access to other pools, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, and is a short walk to the beach.

Fully furnished throughout, with three upstairs bedrooms and two full baths (the 2nd and 3rd rooms have a Jack and Jill bath), and a third 1/2 bath is downstairs. The large master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony, a huge bath suite including a walk-in closet, separate jetted tub and walk-in shower, toilet room and double vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has a queen. Both bedrooms have a balcony of their own! (There is a couch in the downstairs living room/main room that could sleep one extra). The Villas is located on the beach side (east) of A1A directly on the ocean but this unit does not have an ocean view. Beach access is on the property with a short boardwalk stroll to the water! Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and beach toys are all available for your use. All you really need is your swimsuit and sunscreen!
