Great location. Quick walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. The condo building was quiet. We never heard anyone and only saw a few people in the hallways. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cool, but it looked clean and welcoming. The parking spot in the garage was right next to the stairs that went up to the condo -- close and convenient. However, the supplies in the condo were limited. For example, there was a broom but no dustpan. Each bathroom had only a partial roll of spare toilet paper. Same for the paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap -- just enough supplies for one or two days.

Captain’s Quarters has always been very clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed here maybe 30 times over the years. Now our daughter is taking her family there.Just take note going into old town expect to pay 10 to 20 dollars each time you park.

Great location, on the beach

Great 3 night stay. Condo was as described and clean. Beds were comfortable and the view was picture perfect and the sound of the ocean was delightful! The kitchen was stocked with plates and cookware, but no salt/pepper herbs etc. The property manager, Dora, said she would print the parking passes for me as I did not have access to a printer. But they were not in the lockbox so we were creative, and made our own. Great time would go again!

Perfect Quiet Location

A little removed from town but the perfect beach spot. Layout of the condo was wonderful, lots of space for 5 adults. The couch was perfect for relaxing on and looking out at the water and dunes.

This condo was great in accommodating our large family with 3 King beds & 2 roll aways but it could use some renovation. The tile is pretty dingy, baseboards are beaten up, and bathrooms are small and in need of a facelift.

Family vacation

We had lots of room for our family of eight. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful beach. I would recommend some dish towels for the kitchen. I bought some and left them there for the next guest. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Great location

This was a great location for our family vacation. My father uses a walker and the access to the unit via the elevator was great. The condo is spacious with good access to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped even though I didn’t care for the skinny silverware and one of the kitchen drawers sticks. It could use more than one dish towel and more than 2 hand towels. Lots of bath towels and wash clothes. Bring your own beach towels. Beds and furniture were comfy. Overall this place is great and I would rent it again. It is right on the beach and close to downtown St Augustine and stores.

Beautiful views!

Met here with family to explore St. Augustines. Location was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. It took us a little bit to figure out how to get in (go into the garage and up the elevator) as we thought we could just park and go up the stairs from the outside. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view!

The view from the Master Bedroom is second to none! It's 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and the Seafood Kitchen across the street is a great and fairly priced option for dinner. The parking spot for this unit is located directly below the unit and is just a few steps from the front door. Having 3 bedrooms allowed our girls to have their own rooms. The sunrise on the patio is beautiful and having coffee out there each morning was amazing!

Great condo!

This was a great property. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were so comfortable here for a week. Wonderful furnishings and everything we needed. The parking spot is perfectly placed near the condo which was an added bonus.

Exceeded Expectations

What a beautiful condo with stunning ocean views! Right on gorgeous beach with white sand. So peaceful and quiet, it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Condo accommodated all 6 adults and 2children very well. All bedrooms were large, comfortable, and nicely decorated for a beach getaway. Marty was very responsive and prompt with the info for check in. Will keep this property saved and hopefully come back soon in the near future. 🙏🏻

Quite pleasant, a little dated

This really was a nice stay. The king beds were all very comfortable. The view was nice....it would have been better if the windows were clean. Spacious unit. For the price could have been a little more updated. But everything worked, good stove, good dishwasher and fridge, AC worked though a little loud, good location. Gopher tortoise and rabbits right outside the window. Was quiet. Next to gorgeous dunes. Missing a good frying pan/skillet, knives are all dull, but otherwise very well stocked. We had a relaxing stay. There are no ceiling fans in this unit so if you need that to sleep, be warned. TV in one of the rooms wouldn't connect to cable, I called the office number but never heard back about it. Plenty of linens. Not facing directly toward the ocean, at an angle, and you can't see over the dunes, but still, very nice.

Thanksgiving 2 020with the family

Looks were deceiving. The great beach views are the focus of the pictures online and we discovered that is on purpose. While the bedrooms are extremely large, cooling them was an issue ... no ceiling fans in the unit didn't help. The old fans in the closet look like they came from an attic. They had such an accumulation of dust we were hesitant to use them. Hard getting around in the master suite bathroom because all the space was put into the bedroom. Can't imagine staying here in the summer and trying to cool this unit for my family. Amazing views of the beach, but the beach goers from this condo can also look at you ... in your bedroom ... window verticals didn't work so well and some of the vertical pieces kept falling off despite are constant attempts at rehanging the vertical pieces.

Great location, nice views.

We visited during off peak season and enjoyed everything about our stay. Property was well maintained and listing was accurate.. Ocean view was beautiful. Our girls enjoyed watching the gopher tortoises from the boardwalk as well.
