Loved being above the wine shop, very tasty wine selections! Key pad door entry was easy and reserved parking was across the street. The bar next door was noisy for Saturday night but weekday nights were quiet. Loved walking St. George St. early mornings before all the people arrived.

The host couldn't have been more accommodating and informative. The house was beautiful, was in a perfect location, and was well-equipped with everything my wife & her friends wanted for a memorable girls' weekend. Excellent location with good parking. As expected, except the sleeper couch really isn't good for 2 adults, but 2 kids would be fine with it. The staff was very responsive to maintenance issues. You are in the heart of the tourist area near bars, so on certain night lots of music and street noise, but for most people I don't think it would be an issue.

Location, location, location! Plus a beautiful place to stay. It is very centrally located for Old Town. The bedrooms (one is up a spiral staircase) are comfortable and roomy. The host is VERY responsive and positive and provides great information. Great location for people watching, enjoying the evenings on the balcony

We had an amazing stay in this lovely apartment right in the heart of St. Augustine during the Christmas season. The location truly couldn’t be better everything was within walking distance, and we loved being surrounded by festive lights, holiday markets, and seasonal events throughout the city.The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully set up for our trip. With two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it was perfect for our group and gave everyone plenty of space to relax. It felt cozy yet modern, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Being able to step outside and immediately enjoy the charm, history, and Christmas magic of St. Augustine made this trip extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, comfortable, and memorable place to stay, especially during the holidays!

Absolute perfect location within St Augustine

64 Hypolita is centrally located, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars. The trolley pickup is nearby for guided tours. We all enjoyed the house and the balcony with a pleasant breeze down Hypolita street.

Great place in great location!

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful place. The unit was spacious and in an excellent location. Communication with the property manager was wonderful! The only negative was the stains on the carpets, otherwise the unit was clean and well stocked with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!
