We are a very picky family when it comes to many things: cleanliness, comfort, privacy for all, amenities, and convenience to desired locations we wish to be near.This property ticked off all the boxes for us! Here are some details on what we loved about the property:
We traveled as a family of 7:
Myself and spouse, daughter, son and his friend, my mom and sister. As far as layout was concerned this home accommodated us perfectly.
Layout:
My Spouse and I in the Master (top level)- The bathrooms were stocked with all the things you need: Body wash, shampoo & conditioner, black face cloths for makeup, cotton balls, makeup remover pads, all towels, and more! One thing I LOVED about the master is it felt very private, and the windows on the side of the room had beach views and I kept the blinds open since there are currently no neighbors next door (on either side BTW). Private balcony that has views of the ocean.

Son and his friend - bottom floor. The bottom floor was amazing. It has its own mini apartment. Has it’s own access to the backyard where the beautiful pool is located (it’s heated). It was perfect for boys who wanted to play video games and watch movies late into the night - no one else can hear a thing!
Middle floor (2nd) was the gorgeous kitchen and living space. This space was very expansive and accommodated all of us at meal times - rather at the large island or the table that seats 10. Balcony had awesome ocean breeze!
Publix (grocery and more) is down the road and its a very clean, well stocked store. We bought groceries here and made several meals at the house. The home has a gas BBQ, with all the BBQ tools. Plenty of pans, baking sheets, measuring cups, etc - we didn’t run into any kitchen item we needed. There is also a Butcher on Anastasia Island if you are really picky about meats like my husband is. It was great!
The home has a wagon to tote to the beach, along with: boogie boards, small ice cooler, beach blanket, and chairs! Lower level had several beach towels, separate from the regular bathroom towels.
There is an outside shower out back outside of the bottom level for rinsing everyone off after the beach!
Lastly, the home is perfect. We are looking forward to planning our next stay in this home! Also the Hosts are awesome :)
