The rental was very pet friendly. The house was immaculate when we arrived. We tried to leave it that way.I notified the owners that I fell twice in the area of the patio where there is a small strp down. Since all the pavers were the same it was hard for me to distinguish the stepdown from the covered patio area. A solar led light strip under the lip of the stepdown might prevent people like me with depth perception problems might prevent falls in the future. I did not break any bones but had other injuries that I managed myself. They were not serious. I csn forsee that someone with worse osteoporosis than mine might have broken their hip as that was my primary point of impact.I would consider renting this property again as I thought it was a good value. Backing in to the garage(my husband did this) was quite helpful for unloading the car and taking our belongings right into the house. This was a huge benefit to us, along with the fenced backyard for our dog.A good time was had by all.

The house was ideal for our stay. 6 women with plenty of room. The beach was only a short walk away and historic St Augustine just a short ride. The house was very clean and Kelly was quick to respond. It was a perfect get a way to celebrate a friend's birthday.

This is our second time visiting Brian and Kelly’s home, and both times have been so happy with our stay. They have thought about the little details and included so many beach trip necessities. The beach is within walking distance and down town St. A is just a short drive. We will certainly be coming back!

This house is in a great location, with just a few minutes walk to the beach, and a 15 minute drive from everything vital in St Augustine. We definitely wouldn't mind staying here again.

Property-Just as described. It was easy to get to, in a great location, and the layout is perfect. There was plenty of space for five us and two dogs. The fenced in back and side yard offered the perfect space. It was peaceful and quiet. Check-in: The house was ready at the time promised and it was easy to get in to. Owner provided keyless entry. Kitchen facilities and space-The kitchen was a perfect size, with a laundry room and garage entrance right off of it. The dinning area perfectly accommodated our family, but had enough seating for larger families. Bedrooms-the master was perfect! The bed was very comfortable. The owners provided plenty of pillows and blankets. While the master faced the east, the curtains provided the right amount of shade to block out the early morning light (in case you want to/like to sleep in). The master bathroom-the double vanity, shower and separate toilet area were all great features. There is ample space if two people want to get ready at the same time. The other two bedrooms provided plenty of space for our adult children and a friend. The owners thought of everything-from games, books, beach towels, beach chairs, shovels, buckets, umbrellas, a cooler, beach wagon, beach bikes, to plenty of cookware, spices, laundry and dish washing pods and bathroom staples. We loved our stay and this house is probably the best one we have ever rented. Brian was very responsive, both by phone and text. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and the town did not disappoint. Everything was very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were super comfortable. The walk to the beach was an easy 7-10 minutes. The hosts were great and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to come stay again soon.

We loved the layout of the house, particularly that there were no stairs. Having a garage made a big difference in loading and unloading suitcases and groceries. Unlike our last VRBO in St. Augustine, there was a full size frig and dishwasher. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were so soft! There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already there. Check in and checkout were very easy. The walk to the beach was very doable. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Goin' Coastal was wonderful! Brian and Kelly were easy to work with. The home was well decorated, supplied with everything we needed, and very clean. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The short walk to the beach was so easy with the wagon they provided. The kids loved the boogey boards! Thank you Brian and Kelly for sharing you piece of paradise with us!

Birthday at the Beach!

The property was comfortable and we had all we needed for almost three weeks. The owners were quite responsive and tried to help with a couple of issues: 1) The TV remote did not operate . . . or at least no one in my group of 7 could get it to. Owner did come down and get it working on first night. It never worked after that. 2) The house is right on A1A. I knew that . . . but had forgotten how busy that road can be. Overall, the noise wasn't bad. But if someone in the front bedroom is a light sleeper and likes to sleep in, I suggest bringing a sound machine or a fan for a little white noise. 3) The dryer stopped working toward the end of our stay. Again, the owner was so very gracious and was over to start it quickly. However, the dryer never worked for me again. So I guess I didn't have the "magic" touch???!! Overall, the house was a comfortable place for all of us to visit and celebrate and create amazing memories. MOST IMPORTANT: The beach is amazing! Just don't leave anything down there overnight as the city cleans the beach thoroughly each night. I left a couple chairs and they were gone the next morning. Bummer!

Home is spotless with lots of beach necessities

I don’t have enough good things to say about this property! Upon entering, our first impression is that the home is spotless. Once settled in, we noticed Kelly and Brian had so many things included for use during your stay, like beach chairs, toys, towels, and beach cruisers! The beach is a nice walk away, and the hosts provide a cart to wheel your things to and from the sand. This home had everything we needed, and we will hopefully book again soon!
