Beautiful House Amazing Views Excellent Location!This home is well-appointed, very clean, and has incredible waterfront views where you can enjoy listening and watching the tides, the sea life (including watching the dolphins play), and of course the gorgeous sunrise. It is the perfect location...on laid back Anastasia Island within walking/biking distance of everything Old Town has to offer along with many other sites in the area. Hosts were excellent, very communicative and can offer wonderful suggestions for your stay. Highly recommend 10/10

Great way to start your day!!

If you’re looking for a great way to start your day there is no better way than a sunrise at Greg and Heather’s house! Every morning was unique and amazing. The house was very clean and the amenities as advertised. Greg and Heather were great hosts and very responsive when we had a question. All the restaurant and activity suggestions they provided beforehand were spot on. Highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful, relaxing time in St.Augustine

We had a small family get together at this beautiful 3 bedroom home. The pictures on the listing represent the updated, modern home well. This house is best for 2 couples as there is plenty room for everyone to spread out and relax. I don’t recommend it for young children. The setting is serene and we had fun sitting on the east facing deck and watching the sunrise. My adult kids were working remotely and had the opportunity to see dolphins from the back deck. For those who want a hot tub, it is a nice place to relax as the setting is quiet. The pool is a very cool dip tub, not warm enough for swimming but the adult kids took a quick dip after hot tubbing. The owner was very good at communications. We had no problems with entering the property. There are quite a few rules but we were happy to respect them as it is a beautiful property. It is clear the owner takes great pride in offering a top notch experience. He provided a list of recommended restaurants and we had the BEST meal at a quaint little restaurant called Llama. We also enjoyed walking to nearby Conch Restaurant to enjoy happy hour and live music with the locals.This was our first time visiting St. Augustine, which is a fun- filled town. Honestly the best part of the trip was the time spent relaxing at this amazing house.

Lovely house on the water

Very nice house within walking distance to Old Town, the Lighthouse, dining and The Alligator Farm ;-). Greg was excellent to work with, very communcative and timely.The house was exactly as represented in the listing.We would definitely recommend anyone interested in being within walking distance of Old Town but not in the traffic hubbub consider staying here.

Perfection!

This property is immaculate and incredibly well maintained. The views of the water, Marina, and lighthouse are amazing. We saw dolphins off of the deck everyday at sunrise and sunset. Comfortable beds with updated appliances. Owners take great care in providing the best experience for guests so treat their place with great respect. 10 out of 10!

Our stay was none short of amazing. The house was very clean and well furnished. All the appliances and air conditioning are up to date and easy to use. Sonos sound system was so much fun. The pool is just beautiful although the weather was a little chilly to swim, but it was lovely look at. The view from the house is spectacular! Right on the beautiful bay. So much wildlife to see. All kinds of birds and sea life. We found we much prefer the bay over the ocean. Who knew?! We loved being able to walk down the dock and taking in all there is to see. We also enjoyed watching the boats go in and out. There is something about this house that is so relaxing, it just draws you in. We actually canceled our dinner plans so we could stay in and just enjoy the house and view. If I have to say there is any downside to staying here, it would be you don’t want to leave!!! We had a wonderful experience and definitely will be staying here again. Thank you for much for sharing your beautiful home! ❤️❤️❤️

1st visit to StAug

I stayed 2 weeks at this wonderful luxury house rental. The view and the hot tub were daily blessings. The owner was extremely communicative and available for any questions and helpful tips on the area. I recommend this house so highly!!

Pristine Waterfront Home

We chose this home to stay during our daughter’s college orientation at Flagler. It was wonderful to have such a gorgeous home to return to after long days at the college & exploring historic St. Augustine. We saw dolphins from the dock in the mornings. Greg is an exceptional host with a ton of recommendations for enjoying your stay. If you’re looking for a spot to relax in luxury and still be walking distance from everything, look no further!

Amazing experience

The house was beautiful and looked exactly as shown. We saw dolphins almost everyday and loved relaxing in the amazing pool and hot tub. It was the perfect spot to gather with our closest friends and escape our day to day craziness with little kids at home. Gregg was a fantastic host and made sure our every need was met.

Idyllic Location

My husband and I were looking for a spectacular location to rest and enjoy our 5-year anniversary. This place was pricey but indeed spectacular! We enjoyed the view so much and the clean, uncluttered feel of the place. It was very nice and it allowed us to relax and simply watch the activity in the inlet and the nearby marina. We were quite close to the Amphitheater, and a 4 minute drive got us to the free shuttle parking to the concert we had tickets for. We were also close to Old Town so it was the best of everything.

Wonderful Home/Perfect Location

We had such a wonderful stay at 103 Inlet View. The home is not only beautiful but very comfortable and stocked with everything you will need for a fabulous vacation. The location is amazing; great neighborhood & such an easy run or walk downtown to enjoy great restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend Michaels Steakhouse, Forgotten Tonic & Mojos. You are also a short drive or boat ride to beaches. Jet Ski rentals out of St. Augustine Marina was a fun way to explore the waterways as well as get up close with dolphins in the ocean. Mornings were spent with a cup of coffee on the back deck watching wildlife and the sunrise; such a treat and so relaxing. Greg was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions. Without hesitation, I recommend this rental. The layout is perfect for couples that want to go on vacation together but still enjoy some privacy; having bedrooms, bathroom & living space on different levels.

Location and luxury for the perfect holiday!

The pictures are amazing, but do not fully show the stunning views, fantastic location, and beautiful home. The location is fabulous - right on the river with views across to the dunes at Anastasia State Park. Safe area to walk around with beautiful views and interesting homes. Very close to downtown - walk to the bridge of lions and to restaurants and shops. The view from the house, porches, yard is stunning - day and night - with breathtaking sunrises, dolphins close to the dock, boats going by, even view the parasailing at the ocean on the other side of the dunes. At night you can see the lights from boats in the ocean on the other side of the dunes. The house itself is luxurious while relaxed and comfortable. Huge kitchen with everything you need. The beds/bedding were very comfortable. Indoor and outdoor seating - plenty for everyone and great for relaxing. Sit out on the deck looking out at the view while listening to the distant live music from the Conch House resort. Drink your tea or coffee while watching the dolphins swim right up to the house. You even have the view while showering in the spacious master bath! Owner Greg is responsive and helpful - great suggestions on restaurants and activities if you don't know the area. Highly recommend - it's even better than the fabulous pictures!
