We rented this house in St. Augustine to attend my niece’s wedding. My husband and I, our adult children, significant others and granddaughter. The house was perfect for us. Some wanted to be in n the beach and some wanted to be by the pool which made the location perfect! Enough space to spread out but also warm spaces to hang out together. The house was well stocked and very clean. We loved the balconies! So convenient to have a Publix across the street and my granddaughter and I took a morning week each day to the coffee shop and then the pier. A great way to start the day. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and for always answering my many questions quickly!

Family Vacation 2024

We enjoyed the property immensely. We have been going on family vacations for close to 50 years and liked this property more than any place that we have rented. The beach was very close, the house was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family of 11. We do not have anything negative to say about the property except that the week passed too quickly.

Large, Gorgeous, Beach House in St Augustine

This beautifully furnished five bedroom, five bathroom beach house is one house away from the beach with a large pool that is shared with other beach houses but we usually had the pool to ourselves. The house is very close to historic St. Augustine which I highly recommend exploring. The kitchen is so well equipped, so we had everything needed to fix meals for our gang. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The master bath has been updated and is beautiful. We love this house and will return next year.

Beautiful St Augustine vacation

Our family of 5 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay in this home. The house had everything we could ask for: kitchen is very well supplied with plates, silverware, pots, pitchers, spice, keurig and coffee pot with filters etc. The house is well laid out with lots of private spaces as well as places to congregate. We loved the balcony and porch upstairs. It is very conveniently situated with a very short walk to the beach, pool and grocery store. They have so many board games for adults and also for children. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pirate and ocean themed floor puzzles. Laura and Jeff were very easy to work with and maintain a lovely home. We highly recommend this home.

Coastal Highway Haven

Our family of ten, including four young children had a wonderful stay in Vilano Beach at this house. The house was just right for us, with lots of room. It was spacious and very well equipped, located between the beach and pool-perfect! And having Publix across the street was fantastic. We can’t recommend this house and area highly enough. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Space So Close to Beach

My family and I loved staying here. The proximity to the beach is perfect (steps away), the floor plan is so friendly for all ages, the outdoor spaces are perfect for naps or games...so lovely. Will stay again for sure! 100% recommend.

Clean, large house with great layout for family!

My family (parents with married daughters and families) really enjoyed the space in and layout of this house! Everything we needed was supplied … especially nice since one family flew into Jacksonville. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. We certainly enjoyed the location, so close to Publix and St.Augustine attractions and restaurants. This house isn’t right on the beach, but the path to the beach was shorter than many beachfront condos in which we’ve stayed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous Beach House

The house was so beautiful inside and out. The pictures did not show how lovely and homey it was. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. With seven people, we had plenty of room. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms, huge dining table, game room, living room, gorgeous kitchen, several porches - We used the entire house during the week. The beach is a one minute walk from the house and the pool is one minute the other way. The kids had a ball!! My Family and I will definitely come back to this stunning house!! Best Vacation Ever!!!

The pictures truly were spot on. The home was well equipped and we'll maintained. The hosts were readily available for questions. They provided essentials such as toilet paper soap and paper towels. They provided a list of restaurants with reviews. Would definitely stay again

Vilano family vacation

We had the best family vacation. All the kids (ages 3 - 40) had a great time. They played games, swam in the ocean and pool, went fishing and did so sight seeing. There was ample space for all. Our host Laura checked on us to ensure all our needs were met. Communication before and during our stay was great. I would highly recommend this house for friends and family future vacations. We thank Laura and Jeff for sharing their home with us. It is truly a welcoming home🥰 Blessings to our host. Deb and Don Pittman .

Great family vacation at Vilano Beach

This property was one of the nicest houses my family has ever rented. The house is very spacious and in a great location with just a short walk to the beach. The balconies give you a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked, towels were plentiful, and they supplied toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The Publix is an easy across the street, and there are several restaurants nearby. We all enjoyed the pool which is shared with a few houses, but it was never crowded. We would highly recommend this house as a rental.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. the house was perfect in every way, from the location to the floor plan. we had three family's to include 2 children under 2 YOA and everyone had the space to stay without knowing anyone else was in the home. the common area, kitchen dinning room and living room accommodated everyone at one time. Host went over and above to make this a perfict vacation.

This was a very large house, beautifully decorated. Acomodated our needs nicely. Only problem was the room normally used for children had very uncomfortable mattresses. Had to buy a foam topper.

Vilano Beach Rental

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The only criticism I have is that the Bar B Que Grill was too dirty to use which was disappointing because we had planned on doing a lot of grilling.
