Great Stay on the Intercoastal

Our family and our dog enjoyed staying at this great home. The views and the sunsets were amazing. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great stay!

Another Wonderful Week!

This is our second time staying at this home. It is well-kept and as pictured. Donna is helpful and quick to answer questions. The walk to the beach is short and easy if you are at an average level of fitness. When walking to the beach, you must cross the street to walk over beach access stairs. We had 2 babies and 8 adults with no problems. The adult age ranges were 22 - 55. This might be a challenge for an elderly person. They would need to plan to use the beach driving access area. We also enjoyed playing at the very large pool, eating on the deck while looking at the water, and playing pool in the game room. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The drive to downtown St. Augustine is simple and close. Our family looks forward to another stay next year! Thanks again, Donna!

Great place in a super setting

Extended family ages 4 to 73 enjoyed it immensely - eating on the upper deck watching the sunset over the river; pool; spa. Plenty of room to spread out in the house.

Fantastic everything!

We spent Christmas 2023 here with my two adult sons and their girlfriends. The house itself was perfect: tons of room, beautiful location, and St Augustine is just amazing. The kitchen was so well-stocked, and the manager was super attentive. Great rental!!! We rented a boat and docked it 1/2 mile up the road and spent lots of time on the intercoastal.

Stunning views, lovely deck and pool area, plentiful amenities

The property was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and had ample space for our family of 7 with age ranges from 1 to 69. The large heated pool and screened lanai provided hours of fun. Keeping the toddlers (1 and 3) away from the stairs proved challenging in the beginning but we were able block them off using a gate/fence supplied by the host. Additionally, our host was very responsive and quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

Hubbard Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We had a four year old and seven year old with us. They had a blast! The large pool was perfect for everyone. Our son caught a bonnet head shark and several catfish off the fishing dock. The sunsets were amazing. Morning coffee on the deck was a must. We loved how the home was set up and was perfectly supplied. Donna was wonderful and very accessible. An amazing time was had by all.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our group had 3 married couples, 3 young single adults, and one infant. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the game room, sitting by the pool, kayaking from the boat ramp in the backyard, and watching the dolphins swim from our deck in the evening. The home is as pictured, well-appointed, clean, and has no unpleasant surprises. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and not too crowded. Donna is an excellent host, quick to respond, and very pleasant. If you have a crawler or toddler, a baby gate may be helpful because of the stairs. Our family had such a great time, we hope we can arrange to return here for another visit! Thanks, Donna!

Close to the beach and great pool/hot tub

Donna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is a bit dated, and didn’t seem as clean as we would have liked; but overall we really enjoyed the experience. The pool and hot tub are great; the deck and dock are second to none.

extended family vacation

Property was stunning. It checked all the boxes for our family from the game room to the hot tub to the pool to the walk to the ocean. To the incredible sunsets off the back deck every day. Donna was remarkably responsive to any issue. Air conditioning didn’t work properly and within 24 hours a new compressor was installed. When we arrived, there was only one kayak when there was supposed to be two. A new one was provided with plenty of time to be enjoyed by our grandchildren. Bedding was great!

This was a very good rental. The house and facilities were exactly as advertised. Pool is fantastic and the location on the intercostal waterway is great - outstanding sunsets. One or two small items came up on a one month stay and the host was excellent at taking care of things immediately. An excellent rental

Great house..so much to do

Great location. We thought not being directly on beach was an issue, but with the pool , spacious back patio, game room and fishing dock, we did not miss the beach. It is a quick 4 min walk and we did venture over one day. Plenty of room for the family.

Amazing rental!!

FAMILY VACATION

My family (12 of us) stayed here for a long overdue Family Vacation. The property and home was very well maintained and inviting. The house was very spacious and offered everything we would need for a comfortable stay. A short ride to the grocery stores, and Old Town St. Augustine. Walking distance to the beach. The deck overlooking the pool and jacuzzi was so nice and the sunset views were AMAZING! Donna was prompt to answer any questions, concerns we had during our stay. Awesome Vacation Home!

This house was perfect for our reunion vacation. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and watching the boats go by. Area was quiet even with the construction of a new house nearby. Beds were very comfy and house had plenty of separate spaces if people were looking for quiet area. House was well stocked with plenty of utensils and dishes. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much!

Fantastic Week in St Augustine

We booked this amazing property for our family to attend our sons wedding in St Augustine combined with a lovely vacation. The house was immaculate, very well stocked with everything you could need and was as good as advertised. Donna could not have been more helpful from my original booking request to accommodating our little dogs and last minute requests. The pool, hot tub, fishing off the dock, kayaking, the sunsets which are breathtaking, lovely bedrooms bathrooms and living space and a huge garage if you want to park inside overnight all fantastic. An easy walk to the beach and a simple commute to St. Augustine made this a great location and we had the best experience overall. Thank you Donna we will ensure we tell everyone about your lovely home thanks for letting us enjoy it.

A Pleasant Stay

My family and I stayed at this property the first week of May and really enjoyed our trip. We only had one small issue with the sink which was immediately responded to and fixed. The house is within walking distance to the beach, but do not expect to be able to load up anything in a wagon and pull it because there are quite a few steps up and down across the protected area. This wasn't important to us, we have 2 young kids and preferred the 1 minute drive to the public beach where there is parking and bathrooms. The pool and spa were lovely, and the view at sunset was incredible. We'd definitely be interested in coming back sometime.

Home away from home

Great host, big house, nice pool

We love Crescent Beach and try to come once a year around Labor Day with our whole family. The property is about a 5 min walk to the beach. Donna was a great host. Very accessible and communication was excellent. Roomy house with nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys and chairs to use. We appreciated her kindness to us.
