From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found something truly special.This home is luxury living at its finest. Every amenity you could possibly want in a modern home is here and executed flawlessly. The attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable, from the high-end finishes to the thoughtfully curated furnishings. The space feels both elegant and comfortable, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.The location couldn't be better for exploring America's oldest city. We were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer while returning each evening to our own private luxury retreat. Every modern convenience and luxury amenity was at our fingertips. The home truly lives up to its luxury designation with features that made our stay feel more like a high-end resort experience than a typical rental.Our stay exceeded every expectation. The combination of luxury accommodations, prime location, and flawless execution made this trip truly memorable. Ms. Zsuzsanna, the property owner, was very responsive to our questions and made sure any request we had was granted. I truly appreciate her professionalism. We're already planning our return visit to St. Augustine, and there's no question we'll be staying here.

House was clean. However It is a definite rental property, there are stains on the furniture and carpets, some of the items in the house are a bit worn and tired. It was one of the best stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. There was plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, dish washer soap. The one thing missing was dish soap for hand washing, not a big deal at all just mentioning it. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but I did see a cabinet full of games, which I thought was A nice feature. The one problem of note was the AC. on our check I received an email stating the ac could have problems if you put the temp below 68 and might incur a service call from the ac provider. I was very mindful of keeping the temp at the instructed temp. First night was perfectly fine. 2nd day, came home to shower and go out to dinner. I noticed the temp had crept up to 77. When we got home from dinner a little after 9 it was 81 degrees upstairs. Very uncomfortable, and it was very hot and humid outside . (It’s July in Florida) I contacted the owner, of course there was no one to service that time of night so we had to sleep in a very uncomfortable house that night. The only fans were the ceiling fans. It’s an older ac unit, needs maintenance. Wish there were fans in the house as this seems to be ongoing issue. We were told it was hot upstairs because we had the doors shut. didn’t appreciate the onus being placed on us for a unit that needed 3lbs of Freon added.

Everything was perfect! The home is beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out. It is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine. Our hostess, Zsuzsanna, was fantastic. Her response time to questions was very speedy and informative.

Beautiful Home Close to All the Sites

The property was better than the photos even showed. Great accommodations for the six of us girls staying for a bachelorette weekend. Very cute and modern set up with lots of space to sit and hang out together as a group while still having our own sleeping spaces upstairs. It was also great to be so close to the beach or downtown depending on what we were doing that day. Made our trip a memorable experience.

We did have a great stay and it was super convenient to downtown. We did want to use the outdoor space for a small family dinner and it was so unappealing and overgrown by tall weeds we were too embarrassed to invite anyone to the patio.Otherwise, inside was great.

Perfect in every regard

This place is exceptional! The location is perfect to walk to many of the sights in St. Augustine and is in a quiet, gorgeous neighbourhood. Many restaurants nearby, and an easy walk, just watch out for the peacocks. The house has all of the amenities that you could want and enough room that no one ever had to worry about being in someone's way. Beautiful décor, huge spacious rooms and and a massive master bathroom. Check-in/ check-out was simple and the host responds very quickly to any contact, even if to just say 'Welcome'. This is the place to stay when visiting St. Augustine.
