The house is very comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. The walk to the beach in this charming is only 5 minutes.

We enjoyed our extended stay. The weather turned bad where we were heading as were preparing to leave (snow/ice storm), the host was very responsive and understanding of our situation and was able to quickly adjust our reservation. They were very easy to work with.

The home, the back patio, the location, the short walk to the beautiful beach and the hosts were fantastic. It was a great vacation for our family. I highly recommend and we hope to be back again in the future!

Absolutely beautiful and cozy home. Host communicated very well with quick response times. Quiet neighborhood. Close to to a great Winn Dixie. Very relaxing visit. Can't wait to stay again.

Excellent beach location

Beautiful home, secure fenced in private back yard. One tip when you walk to the beach(literally two blocks easy walk) go left out of the driveway then right straight to the beach.if you go right to the beach it's a ton of steps at that beach access. Plenty of cookware and dinnerware. Excellent location for the city and Matanza inlet. Beautiful white sand beach and very mild waves. In comparison Anastasia park was very rough surf the same day. Definitely take advantage of the beach at the house. Also beach ramp two blocks away if you prefer to drive onto the beach. Overall great stay and zero issues. Wonderful that the cleaning fee actually includes cleaning. No crazy check out cleaning process. Neighbor did tell us previous owner had left their cats behind. They do live in the hedge on the left of the house. Beautiful cats but very shy. We enjoyed leaving them food. Just an awesome vacation and gorgeous property.

Peace and beauty

This was an adult family getaway to recharge for my mother, siblings and I. We loved the area, proximity to the oceanfront, as well as shops. The house was well kept and had a good stock of essentials to start you off for a good stay. Hosts are available and easy to communicate with. We had no pets and though this is a pet friendly rental you would never know. Thanks you again for sharing this beautiful property and being such wonderful hosts.

A Quick Trip

My family and I stayed at the property for 3 nights. The house was nice and well maintained. We walked to the beach each day; maybe a 5 minute or less walk. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close enough to drive to the historic side of town. If we plan another trip to St Augustine, we will definitely consider staying here again. My wife didn’t like the firmness of the beds, but that was the only thing. The beds didn’t bother me.

Reasonably-priced, nicely updated place to stay

Easy to navigate to, plenty of room to a fairly large SUV and a pickup truck. Quiet neighborhood. We were a little bit concerned about how traffic noise would be since the backyard backs up to A1A, but actually was not noticeable. Backyard and lanai was comfortable and lots of privacy. Super easy stroll down Palmetto to the walkover and then to beach, only about 5 minutes to get there. Orange St. also has an publicly accessible beach walkover. House and especially the kitchen and bathrooms, was clean. Plenty of room for four adults (and a little Boston Terrier) to spread out. Bedrooms were roomy, linens were laundered with no stains or tears, plenty of towels to go around. King-sized beds had fairly firm mattresses, comfortable for sleeping. Communication was excellent, the information given was thorough and complete. Thanks again, we enjoyed having our Thanksgiving celebration here and look forward to coming back to Butler Beach again soon.

Beautiful! Comfortable! Great Location!

We loved our stay at the Bikini Bottom Vrbo! We had everything we needed! We loved the short walk to the beach and enjoyed the large comfy king beds! The communication with the hosts was quick and helpful! We will definitely choose to stay here again when we are in the area.

Beautiful house for a beach weekend. Walking distance from the beach, close to St Augustine area. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor fire pit and dining area. We loved this house and wish we could have stayed longer.

Bikini Bottom did not disappoint

Stayed at Bikini Bottom for two weeks. Initial impressions when we arrived were very positive. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. Both the management company and the owner were VERY responsive and immediately addressed a couple of issues we had. While beds can be subjective, I found them comfortable. Location is incredible with the beach about a five minute walk away. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and appreciated the open communication with the owner to discuss our safety at the home. The owner came and installed hurricane protection over the windows and thankfully the home experienced minimal damage. I highly recommend this property and would definitely look to stay again for our next visit to St. Augustine.

nice stay

nice house with 3 king beds. only thing id say to improve the stay is to put a rug under the bed in the master - it creaked a little and you get the dirty feet from the tile floors. plenty of room outside in the backyard, it would be a great spot to watch football when its cooler

Brief beach stay

We had a delightful stay. Property was spotless and just as illustrated online. Perfect for our 2 labs. Owner was very accommodating about early check in and prompt to allow us to extend our stay. We were looking for an extended stay property for 2025 and this one checked all the boxes.
