We had such a lovely time in St Augustine. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners were great with communication which made the whole process so easy.Everyone we encountered around the property was so nice and friendly. Access to the beach was an easy walk, which gave us an opportunity to meet some of our neighbors.There were lots of fun shops and great restaurants close by. I highly recommend this condo for a fun, relaxing vacation at the beach.

Property was clean.The pictures don't do it justice. Quiet condo area and nice pool. Plenty of space for 4. Loved the extra space for luggage! Cute kitchen and we could have used some storage containers with lids for leftovers after we cooked. Other than that the kitchen had everything we needed.

St Augustine Seawinds

This unit was perfect for our family. Everyone slept well as the beds were very nice. We cooked every meal and the kitchen was stocked well. It was a short walk to the pool which was great because that’s where we spent a lot of time. In the early morning..walks on the beach were incredible. We will stay in this unit again.,

Nice spot

Great overall, don’t let areas of improvement below stop you! Areas of improvement: -water pressure was low in master bath… plan to rinse for a while. -master bed is totally clapped out, needs replacement. -stingy with trash bags or toilet paper. -there was a constant humming of some household equipment, which was super annoying (perhaps the water heater) -light switches in bedrooms do nothing, must use the cords on ceiling fans)

Quiet pleasant place

We enjoyed our stay.. the A/C was not working but the owner got right on the problem and had it fixed quickly and was very pleasant to work with. The pool area is beautiful and we love the beach. It was a bit of a walk to get to the beach but easily accessible..

Nice property. Only a short stay and weather was chilly so pool which looked inviting was not accessed. Boardwalk to the beach was great. Lovely place to access the beach.

Great setup for a family of 6

We were very happy with the condo. It was a five minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants and attractions, and grocery stores. The condo was well appointed and spacious.

Had a great time with the family; would book again

Pretty much everything as advertised. Perfectly located for beach time with the family as well as grocery shopping, as both are in walking distance. The beach area is great and wasn't too crowded when we went beginning of August. Short car ride might be required to visit attractions closer to the pier. Also very quiet community with well maintained facilities. Check-in procedure could benefit from less emails, important info gets buried quickly in email clutter.

Wonderful vacation experience

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this property. The owners had great communication when there was any changes in our stay. The pool was closed for 24 hours for maintenance but we knew this well in advance and were able to make adjust our plans. The short walk to the beach made it easy go back and forth with a toddler. The condo had everything we needed and we would love to stay there again.

Convenient Location, Beautiful Property

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and enjoyed everything about it. It is well stocked with all necessities (laundry detergent, hand soap, kitchen items, comfortable bed etc...), perfectly clean, and beautifuly updated. The check in process was very smooth with keys in a lock box and communication with the owner was timely and helpful. The beach is a quick walk through the condo neighborhood and over a bridge - it is gated with a code so only those in the neighborhood can use it. We felt very comfortable and safe the whole time - really enjoyed our vacation time here! The pond in the back was a nice feature and we saw quite a few unique birds from the back patio. I would absolutely stay here again - an excellent experience!

Great place! Great Value

The condo was close to everything and is exactly as it looks in the photos. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon area out back. Beach is a very easy walk inside the neighborhood. Owner is very responsive when we had a question and will definitely stay here again if we go back to the area. Having such a nice place made the last family trip to the beach with my parents special.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was the perfect beach getaway. It was walking distance to the beach and close to the pool. There are numerous activities within walking distance. I loved spending our nights on the back porch watching the ducks. Can’t wait to return!

Girls Weekend

Visited for a girls weekend getaway with friends and a local concert. Property was fabulous! We felt comfortable and safe. Our hosts, Frank and Lucy, were so thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back.

The best experience!!!!

It was my first time visiting St. Augustine and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else! This condo is the perfect distance from the beach (a short 3 minute walk). The condo is up to date with nice TVs, furniture, and even provided us with an umbrella and beach chairs to use during our stay. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, I used them daily! We also cooked a lot in the condo so having a full kitchen with all pots/pans needed was awesome. Frank and Lucy couldn’t have been better hosts and handled the reservation with respect and kindness. I will definitely be returning to Seawinds and will continue to rent specifically from Frank and Lucy due to their professionalism, great pricing, and beautiful properties. Renting this condo made my vacation to St. Augustine PERFECT!

Modern Style Beach House Getaway

This place met our expectations and more! The walk to the beach was a two minute walk through a nice street with friendly neighbors. The best part about the place was the modern style interior and the convenience of the beach and pool. We had our 1 1/2 year old with us so having the pool to relax at during the evening worked out perfect since we couldn’t be in the sun and on the beach for an extended period of time. The pool is opened from dawn until dusk which is amazing! Our hosts were friendly and helpful with everything and responded to our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place for families, friends, and couples to go for a beach getaway. It’s a great location in St. Augustine and worth every penny.

Beautiful condo, nice responsive owners

Could not have asked for a better experience. Owners were very responsive and easily accessible. Condo is well-equipped, updated, and very clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful and Relaxing Stay!

Short walk to the the beach. Short drive to St Augustine. The condo was clean and the owner was easy to contact. Loved my morning tea on the porch looking at the pond and greenery.
