Amazing Getaway

Overall the place was just like it said online and it met all the needs of our stay! The walk to the beach and the access to drive on the beach was a great bonus! Will most definitely stay here again! The host was very attentive with any questions we had.

Would recommend

My husband and I stayed here for February and March and really enjoyed our stay. The property is as depicted in the listing / pictures. It is super close to a gorgeous, walkable beach. Just a short jaunt down a sidewalk and boardwalk and you are there. The unit has all the things you might desire for the beach; chairs, towels, toys for the kids and a small cooler. The kitchen was well equipped for two people, however could have used additional glasses and silverware (minor point). The unit is very comfortable - and location is perfect.

Suggestions

We enjoyed our stay but just a few suggestions. Could use new beach chairs as one of them was broken. The toilet in the bathroom was running constantly. Could also use some throw blankets for the living room. Could not get the light over the dining room table to work.

A month at the beach

We had a wonderful time, the location was excellent. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. A short ride to the historic district and plenty of food and drinks establishments. Plenty of golf course selections. Overall it met all expectations

Great Condo near beach

Great location.... 5 minute walk to the beach, quiet area. Amenities close by, Publix right up the road. There were 5 of us including 5 year old so plenty of room and even some beach toys for granddaughter. Only 15 minutes or so to historic area of St Augustine. We would stay here again.

Home away from home

A true Oasis

We had a great week at Island Oasis. The townhouse was nicely updated, decorated and supplied. We had plenty of room for three adults and our two small Grandkids. The beach boardwalk was conveniently located right in front of the townhouse and an easy short walk to the beach, which was great with small kids. The property manager was very easy to work with and always replied right away with answers to any questions we had. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Everything you could possibly need

We loved our stay...fully stocked kitchen, a wonderful view of the lake (with ducks), comfortable bed. Anything you could possibly need from a Nutrabullet to hair conditioner was provided. Location is great...a few minutes walk to the beach and a minute drive for groceries. So cozy and welcoming! Thank you!

Great stay in St. Augustine!

We enjoyed our stay at Island Oasis! The place was clean, decorated nicely and spacious! The beds were comfortable (one of the twin beds and the pillows on the queen bed could use an upgrade). Overall, it was a wonderful place and steps from the beach, what more could you ask for!

Quiet Area with Easy Access to Beach

We enjoyed the stay. The main home area was beautifully decorated. The beach access walkaway was right in front of the condo, just a few minutes walk. The Beach was not overcrowed. The Pool was also just a few minutes walk from the condo. You were always able to find a chair. We would stay here again. Only suggestion would be for the master bedroom to maybe have it's own air unit. The master bedroom stayed warmer then most of the house. The bedroom ceiling fan helped.

Wonderful property

We were so happy with our stay, cute beach cottage, roomy and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and the little extras like beach chairs, umbrellas are a nice touch. Check in was so easy and keyless entry makes ease of coming and goings. We will definitely plan another trip!

Close to Beach!

Great location, very short walk to the beach & pool, and a quick drive to downtown St Augustine. Kids had a great time using the provided beach toys (chairs, umbrella and cooler were perfect!). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals (the InstantPot was a huge bonus). My only complaint was cleanliness, paying a decent amount for a cleaning fee, I would have expected for it to be a bit better. Another fun thing was feeding the fish & turtles at the pond!

Great Location

The condo is a within a minute or so walk with direct access to the beach and the pool area as well. It is also a few minute walk to A1A where there are several restaurants and shops. All of the main attractions in the area such as the lighthouse and Castillo de San Marcos and St George Street are a 10-20 minute drive. It was nice to be able to spend the day out sight-seeing and then once back at the condo relaxing until we were ready to eat and then take a short walk to get dinner. A couple of things to note, there is only 1 TV, and no clocks in the bedrooms. These aren't necessarily issues, just something to be aware of so you can plan accordingly. The owners are very responsive, and If we return for another visit we'll definitely consider staying here again.
