Simply amazing

The home was very clean and welcoming, complimentary coffee and snacks were provided if needed. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

Perfect

Our daughter got married in St Augustine and this was the condo the parents of the bride and groom stayed. It was perfect for our needs! The back patio was beautiful with wonderful flowers blooming! If I had to find something negative, I would say the loft bedroom gets a little warm since heat rises and it's not closed off to keep the cool air from the vents in. It wasn't unbearable just noted. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Nice and Quiet

The property was beautiful, clean and quiet...I especially enjoyed the backyard area! Close to multiple beach access areas and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great home!

This property is well maintained and the backyard is beautiful and relaxing. The home felt big enough for the 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The beach access closest to the house is closed but a resident told us to use a trail a couple houses down from it and so it wasn't too far of a walk. The beach was gorgeous and since there's no public access right there it was pretty empty! We were very pleased with this rental and would stay there again!

Cozy Condo

This cozy condo is clean and inviting. The back yard is a haven to relax, equipped with clean cushioned chairs. It’s a short 2.5 block walk to the beach. The beach access was destroyed in a hurricane; however, unless you have mobility issues it is fairly easy to walk over the dunes on the created path. We found this area of the beach to be perfect for our family as we prefer a beach that is not crowded. The mattresses were all excellent with the only exception of the mattress on the pull out couch. The kitchen is well equipped and extremely organized. There is a large fridge and a super quiet dishwasher. Elizabeth was very responsive to any questions we had.

Well decorated. Nice kitchen. Issues with hot water, shower drain, and AC.

Although the owner is very nice and has a well-decorated home, there were basics that did not function properly. We did not have enough hot water for showers. Upstairs drain in shower did not work. AC was not adequate. Family room furniture looks nice but was not comfortable for visiting or relaxing for more than a few minutes. TV was difficult to operate and channels were limited. The kitchen is very nice.

Great beach home

Very cosy, well equipped and tastefully decorated home. We found everything we needed including a Keurig coffee maker and an electric kettle! Loved the back yard with hammock and shaded sitting areas. Just walking distance from waterfront dining at Cap's restaurant.

Cute & well put together

We spent a few days in St. Augustine with our two adult children and had a very relaxing time. The home was an easy base for all of our exploring. It was so well stocked and lived very comfortably. The beach was easy to access especially with the two bikes that were provided. We would bike, run, or longboard to the beach each morning and most evenings and go for long walks. We spent one day at Vilano beach and another at St Augustine State Park, both were beautiful. There are great restaurants right near by. We did not get a chance to try them out but would love to next time. The old city is also a short drive away. We loved the quietness of Vilano as well as the cute little backyard patio & hammock area. Great place to stay!

Absolutely loved it!!! We were impressed at how clean the place was!

This was our first time ever renting a vacation house. Even before booking our host Elizabeth was above and beyond our needs and tried to satisfy every little thing I asked for, specially the things I didnt even think of. As soon as she noticed I had a 2 yr old coming with me she asked me if I wanted a high chair and beach toys. Honestly I didn't even consider that. I was just assuming he was going to sit on my lap the the whole vacation during meal times, but nop....I was able to enjoy every meal without worrying about him. My best impression was how clean the house was. She even had the delicacy of leaving us bottled water and yummy snacks, board games, and a gas grill!. I mean she thought of every little thing we could possibly need to make our stay fun and feel like home. Also, whenever I had a question and txt her she replied immediately, no matter what time it was. She had plenty of information about specials, things to do in the area, places to go....she even left us coupons printed at the table!. All we had to do was bring our clothes and food. The kitchen was completely full of every basic need. Extremely clean, my favorite part in there was a nice size olive oil bottle and awesome spices. I m a type of person who likes to cook and feed my family as natural and organic as possible instead of eating out. Well....The olive oil and the spices were a major hit!!!!! I was able to cook without missing anything of what I usually use to cook and not had to run once to the store to get something. Honestly there was not one single thing we didn't like about the house. At the end we didn't want to leave. We are already thinking of the next time we could go there again and enjoy another family vacation. As a family we give Elizabeth and her beautiful house 5 STARS!!! Impressive.....Amazing.....Super clean.......Very very helpful and Kind..... Definately recommend this host and house to whoever wants to find a fun place and have a piece of mind and enjoy the stay without worrying about absolutely anything!!!!
