Location is amazing, we walked everywhere with ease. All amenities are on point and we wanted for nothing. Clean, comfy and decorated with the utmost charm. Excellent communication from such welcoming hosts. We will return if they will have us!

The location of this spot to the historic area is absolutely perfect. You are just close enough to get to everything on foot but far enough away that it’s not too loud. The outdoor space is very inviting and we enjoyed hanging out outside a lot. The Christmas lights were the perfect touch for our Christmas weekend. The Christmas parade was this weekend and we were at the perfect spot to be at the beginning of the parade. The beds are super comfortable and the towels so fluffy. Every detail down to the snacks in the kitchen were perfect for our family. I highly recommend this spot. The host is very responsive and we would totally come back to this same spot and recommend to others.

The location of this property is perfect. Uptown is my favorite neighborhood in St Augustine. The local, small businesses are the most unique part of town. The property is clean, efficient and the on-site parking - especially during Nights of Lights - is so convenient. The owners are communicative, helpful and so friendly.

My first time staying in a VRBO. Very first timer friendly. It was in a great spot to walk around and near a lot of the main attractions. Everything was labeled nicely in the house and all in all it was a great stay.

Perfect spot!

Love the location of this hideaway! From the good music next door at the pizza restaurant at night to the cute shops and good restaurants a block away to being able to walk to and from the historic district - it fit our wants and needs. The beds were cozy. The owners took care of everything we needed. I hope to stay here again.

Great home and location

You can’t beat the location of this property. Easy walking distance to downtown. Lots of little shops and restaurants to visit as you walk downtown too. The fort and the fountain of youth are also right there. They have a cute outside sitting area with umbrellas.

This house is fantastic!

We stayed over Christmas and had a fantastic time. The owners even decorated for the holiday. Everything is exactly as described on VRBO; the house is clean, accommodating, and very close to St. Augustine's historic district. There is indeed music some evenings from the restaurant behind the house, but it stops every evening at 10pm or so and we couldn't hear it in the bedrooms anyway. It was fun to listen to it from our own little patio! Parking was safe and secure. Love the flamingos, too :)Dee and John were very responsive and welcoming. They even provided filtered water and snacks. I would definitely stay here again.Don't hesitate, just book it!

Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay, where every need was anticipated and met. The house is lovely and comfortable. We had everything we could possible need from beach towels to umbrellas. Our hosts were fantastic with communication and we appreciate their attention to detail. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location in historic St. Augustine

The property is located in historic St. Augustine, near all their famous attractions and historicdowntown. The house has plenty of space, beautifully decorated, nice living room, great water pressure in the bathroom, clean and well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There was plenty of parking space in front of the house for our two cars. We enjoyed our stay and we will keep this property in mind for future St. Augustine trips.

Lovely home away from home

What a fabulous place to stay in Augustine! This immaculate, comfy little house is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, entertainment and the historic downtown. Hosts Diane and John anticipated every need and made our stay absolutely delightful. We loved every minute!

Nice Getaway

Our family had a great stay at Casa Tranquil. Perfect location in town within walking distance to everything. No need to move your car. Place was clean and well equipped. The owners really seemed to provide everything you need. Enjoyed morning coffees and breakfast at Lulis Bakery right around the corner. Definitely recommend Casa Tranquil if you're looking for a cozy getaway in St. Augustine.
