The cottage was perfect for me and my nephew. We had separate rooms and bathrooms. It is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The back bed through the former laundry room was so comfortable! (After sleeping in my own bed, I wish I was back there.) It is a little warmer back there than the rest of the house, but the provided fan worked nicely. The off street parking and private pool were added perks.I was traveling with my service dog, and the suggested walking route by the fort was an enjoyable walk each morning. The neighborhood has so much character, and I was always spotting new interesting things with neighboring houses. The location is within an easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and attractions. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in St. Augustine.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for six nights, and had everything we needed. We don’t use the kitchen, so I can’t speak to any of those amenities. We only used the fridge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were definitely small in the cottage, but for our vacation, they worked just fine. It was just my mom and I are staying, so this was the perfect Little place, and a great location to everything! The host was available to answer any questions and also made some great recommendations for things to do and food in the area! I think this is the first house we’ve stayed out that we had everything we needed with no exceptions. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect little getaway. The pool area is perfect, private and everything was very very clean. Some of the neighbors can get a little loud at times, but it wasn’t anything unmanageable.

Beautiful Place in the Perfect Location

Perfect place to relax in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Super clean with nice kitchen & outdoor grill to cook. So enjoyed the private fenced in pool with palm trees all around!

Perfect cottage for our first visit to the area.

This historic cottage was full of charm. We loved the location and easy walking access to many ofthe attractions St. Augustine has to offer. We especially enjoyed the refreshing salt water pool each afternoon. Comfortable bed and all the amenities that were included left us wanting for nothing. Great place.

Absolute Blessing !

This property is absolutly amazing. The private pool and cottage was beautiful and had everything you could ever need and want. Park your car and never have to drive. Short 8 min walk to bars/resturants/shops.Owner is amazing and super generous. Communication is excellent and it is a true gem. Thank you!

Cute cottage in a great location!

We loved everything about our 3 night stay! It was clean, plenty of necessities, nice private pool area, beds very comfy and just far enough away from downtown St Augustine, while still close enough to walk. Trolley tour stop was a few blocks away, as well as a couple coffee shops. This place has plenty of charm and would definitely stay here again

The cottage was cute and cozy, immaculately clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was extremely responsive to questions or concerns (we had a minor concern about the tub, and they remedied it the next day). We stayed with friends (5 total people) fairly easily, so it works for a small group, but it would also be a great romantic/relaxing place as well.

Wonderful stay!

This sweet cottage was perfect for our week long visit to St. Augustine! Located within walking distance to the historic area, we only used our car for beach trips. Clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated, we loved every minute of our stay. Pauline was very helpful and responded immediately to any request we had. I would love to stay again for our next vacation to this beautiful city!

Cottage Cutie

Wonderful property. The cottage is even better than the pictures. Stayed with my mother, my nephew and his fiance and we all agreed that the cottage had such a cozy, warm and inviting feel. The pool area was great. As hot as it was, we spent every afternoon in the pool. Location was nice. Short walk to the trolley stop and lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Relaxing stay

Very cute cottage. Neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t start it again till the day we left. Everything we wanted to see and do was a short walk away. The house was clean and comfortable and the private pool was so nice! Would definitely stay here again should we return to St. Augustine.

Great property, great location!

The set up of this property worked perfectly for our family. We had two couples in the smaller cottage, and three adults in the house. It gave us enough space to have our own areas but come together for meals. Loved the pool and all of the greenery surrounding it, it felt like a little oasis. We ended up walking to the shops, restaurants right at the end of the street as well as venturing downtown, wasn’t more than a 10 minute walk to downtown. The host was very accommodating and responsive, the home was well equipped, we really just had the best, most relaxing vacation. Also, a great neighborhood to walk with the dogs.

Cute little cottage

The cottage, though small in size, had plenty of space and utilized inventive solutions to provide all the amenities. The property includes a heated pool and two patios. This is definitely a property we would want to stay at again.
