The pool was not 83 degrees like i saw somewhere online. May want to change that. It may have been 73 degrees. I know we went in the cooler months so we were going to expect cooler temps. We did enjoy the pool and beach. We had to warm up in the bathtub. Please check the handle and lock on the second floor bedroom on the pool side that goes out side. The handle needs tightening. We enjoyed the fire pit.We had a great time. Thank you.

Very close walk to the beautiful beach and short ride to historic downtown! Having Publix in walking distance was a plus! There was a cute restaurant with live music close by as well! We unfortunately had some rainy weather but still enjoyed our time.

fantastic family friendly home

we had the best stay - the listing was exactly as described yet somehow even better in person. proximity to the beach, the grocery store and dining options were all super close and convenient. communication with the owner couldn’t have been better - I think the longest I waited for a response from pre-booking to check out was 30-seconds. perfect location, perfect house for our family, perfect getaway. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend.

Girls Weekend

We had an amazing time this year and this house was good choice. John was super communicative and the place was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! The beach was quaint and beautiful. The Publix was across the street, as well as a lovely restaurant, a couple bars and coffee places. Everything within walking distance. We arrived a bit early and so happy that John had provided a picture as this house is right at the light. The cleaning crew was there and very pleasant. We unloaded our things on the porch and hung by the pool while they finished up. The house has three levels which I think is important to note, somehow we missed that part. One bedroom at the bottom with a full bath and laundry. The second floor had two bedrooms, a full bath, a kitchen and a patio and the third floor had a tiny vertical ladder to get to the bed and fouton. We are ladies in our 50's. That third level was not much used as we were afraid of breaking our neck and both of the mattresses were quite thin. The pool area had a ton of room to spread out and the pool was ready for use. One thing to note is there is not any shade and the high top chairs are in need of repair. We brought our pop up tent for the beach and it worked well at the pool as well. One night there was a thunderstorm and we would have loved to stay outside but there is no covered area. The bottom level is semi covered by a porch above, but it is slatted so rain come in. All in all it was a great time!

We had an awesome stay and it was conveniently located to the beach and Publix and restaurants. Everyone LOVED the big pool with lots of pool toys. Excellent accommodations! Our youngest was 15 and oldest was 85!

Beach stay

We enjoyed our time in Vilano. The house was comfortable but had some minor issues (no water pressure in the showers, fridge water dispenser didn’t work properly, no kitchen table, way more stairs than I realized which isn’t ideal for young/small kids, badly stained beach and bath towels. The shed with beach/pool toys was a bit chaotic and disorganized and we saw a couple mice/rats hanging out in there). The location was great for the adults but still a little ways away if you’re traveling with little kids or lots of stuff to bring to the beach. The pool was definitely the best part of this home! The water was warm and it was so spacious.

Beautiful Beach

Great location on a great beach. Publix is across the street. Very short walk to the white sand beach. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
