Vilano is a destination beach for locals and tourists from around the country. YET, our stretch of beach is always quiet and private because no public parking is allowed at the entrance!

EPIC sunsets happen here that you don't want to miss! INCREDIBLE fishing spot also. Large, sandy beach area to relax on when tide is not all the way in.

BEDROOM #1 - The Master Suite
King bed, Large desk, 75” Smart TV w/ soundbar, Separate sitting cozy nook, walk in closet, double vanity sinks, large walk-in shower with bench, separate toilet room within bathroom for privacy, sound machine, small library of books to enjoy for the week, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #2 - "Flex Room" This room can be used as a private living room or as a bedroom. A queen murphy bed is set up here or can be stored away. Large custom couch, full length mirrored wardrobe, standing fan, sound machine, french doors leading into room that can be left open or locked shut

COMMON AREAS

Kitchen -- Kitchen is large and is fully stocked with all essential cooking needs for your gathering. Gorgeous granite countertops with large island make preparing, serving, and clean up a breeze with any style meal or gathering. A complimentary starter coffee bar will be there to great you along with full place settings for 20, kids dish ware, and outdoor plastic place settings for safety and ease.

Main living room - Custom couches compliment the room along with the 72" fan above. 43" Smart TV can be enjoyed here as well as board and card games can be found in the cabinetry for some after dinner fun! You will also discover couch covers if needed and containers for seashell and shark tooth collecting!

Outdoors -- Backyard has plenty of room to be enjoyed by your entire group! Polywood dining table, stylish patio set, and fire pit location. Although you may not be sitting the entire time as pool, spa, putting green, ping pong table, corn hole, family friendly ax throwing, and life size 4 in Row will be begging to be played!

Our goal during our remodel was for you to find yourself surrounded by luxury with a touch of fun . Every detail of this house was intentional and planned with "dream vacation" in mind.

You will have access to 1st floor of our home which includes 1 King Suite, Queen bedroom, formal and informal dining room, large kitchen, 1/2 bath.

You will have access to the garage with all beach gear and kayaks. Optional golf cart to rent.

Large backyard includes: seating, dining, putting green, corn hole, ping pong, fire pit, pool, spa

Other things to note
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on property any time of day.

Max of 4 vehicles for parking

No loud music on premises any time of day

Must be 25 or older to rent per our county regulations.
