A great few weeks at the beach

The property’s proximity to the beach is totally as advertised… a 50 yard walk over a wooden bridge and you’re there. A location perfect for beach goers. The condo is clean, very comfortable and has most everything needed kitchen-wise for meal preparation. Some items (coffee pot, knives) appear experienced but all in all very functional. Access to two pools is a major plus.

Lovely condo near the beach

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this lovely condo. It is clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the location! It's convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, great ice cream and Old Town. But best of all it's on the beach! We enjoyed our long morning walks on the beach!Len is wonderful...very responsive! I highly recommend this condo.

Great home base for St Augustine area

Cozy apartment for a family of 4. Very well stocked kitchen, really appreciated the tea kettle and lots of silverware. The weather was chilly when we went so we didn't use the pool, but we enjoyed the hot tub. You can borrow pickleball, bocce and shuffleboard equipment at the guard house. Would be good to be there during better weather in the future to enjoy the pool and direct beach access.

Property very well maintained. Security is great. Have a lot going on for us staying there. Enjoyed the water aerobics. Did not have people above us the majority of the stay which was very peaceful. LR furniture could be updated for comfort purposes.

Hospitable and charming

This is a beautiful property and a great location right next to the beach is a short drive to Saint Augustine downtown and just fire enough away To get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is very clean and easily accommodates four people. The hosts are attentive and kind and provided all of the necessary information that we needed well in advance so that we could check in easily and enjoy our stay. would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and looking forward to staying here again in the future

Awesome place and people

We weren’t able to make our vacation due to JetBlue canceling our flights at last minute. This would have been our second stay here. I can’t say enough about the excellent communication and assistance that owner provided to us. They went above and beyond which is one reason why we are looking at this area to relocate to. The condo is in a perfect location to everything. The condo is spotless and is equipped with everything you need. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this is one of our favorites. We can’t wait to return in April! Restaurants are close to condo, Publix is 5 minutes away. Check in is very easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect for few days on spring break

This was the perfect place for a few days away on spring break. Location was superb - walk to beach, few minute drive to restaurants, grocery store, ice cream. Not far from downtown, alligator farm, lighthouse. We loved that we could walk to the beach, heated pool, and hot tub! The kids thought it was cool that you could drive on the beach and that they had a tv in their room. The place was just the right size for the 4 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch!

Perfect

If I could give this property a 10, I would. The location is perfect and the hosts Len and Diane have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and at home. You are right across from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. There are beach chairs that are in great condition as well as small cooler to bring to beach so you don’t have to worry about renting or buying chairs. They also have beach toys if you have young children. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. It is equipped with everything you would need and then some. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would want or need and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We usually have issues with the beds when renting but this was perfect!!! The communication with Len was top notch. Any question I had, he was quick to respond and always very helpful. His suggestions for restaurants were perfect and the food was amazing. The location of this condo was perfect to go downtown to St. Augustine as well. This is probably one of our favorite VRBO as you really felt at home. The washer and dryer was perfect as well. We will be back in July

Everything you need!

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful and clean condo. The decorations were beautiful. The owners went above and beyond in providing everything a family would need for a vacation. It was nice having beach supplies which allowed us to have more room in our car. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking. This condo is very close to the pools. It was nice having a hot tub so close to our room. The beach was beautiful and private. The owner Len was excellent in providing the details and information we needed to know before we arrived. He is excellent with communication. The beds were so comfortable and made it easy to fall asleep after our busy days. The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived. Easy check in with electronic code. It was quiet and peaceful which is what we needed before returning back to our jobs.

St. Augustine Fun Getaway

We love a break from our Minnesota winter and this fit the bill! The condo was a block from a lovely beach, the unit was great for cooking in a healthy way, beds were comfortable, and St. Augustine was icing on the cake. We would love to come back again.

Great, convenient location to restaurants and the Historic district.

Very clean, and centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see. The beach was great for walking. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool but the pools looked great. The condo was very quiet. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Perfect location

We have stayed in this condo area before but the first in this building. We choose this property because of location to the beach. It was well appointed, very comfortable for two people. This has nothing to do with this owner but note this building does not have an elevator like the other building we have stayed at in the past. I would recommend staying here!

Christmas Family Vacation

We checked into the property on December 23 and stayed thru January 14 and it was exactly as it was presented online. We loved the layout and the wood floors and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was very easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had and that was appreciated. We enjoyed having the games they provided in the game cupboard too❤️Loved that it’s close to all the shops and restaurants and my youngest son loved the hot tub every day in the complex. Having a nice size washer/dryer with a family of 5 for 3 weeks was great. I liked having the security guard station especially when one of ours landed in the hospital the first 3 days and we were coming and going with our two other older kids. Nice to know the property is safe. It was a great place for us to spend time with our family and extended family who live in St Augustine and I would stay there again if we went back ❤️❤️

Had a good time

Any place I don’t see critters inside is considered clean for me. Loved that it was close to the beach and quiet. King size bed was comfy. The condo was equipped with everything you needed for kitchen which is nice. One thing I noticed is no grill. I love to grill food in the summer and you can’t here. Overall nice comfy condo

A little slice of paradise
