    Kids and kids at heart will enjoy the expansive beach! Perfect for walking, running, or cycling. Only step to the sandy beach!

    Unit 4207 is an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor easy walk-up condo (please note no elevator), and ceiling fans throughout!

    The building has a courtyard with its own jacuzzi, is directly across from the seasonal heated pool, and just a short stroll to the beach.

    All linens and towels are supplied, including beach towels, and the full kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs. Other amenities include two cable TV's (in master and family room), washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, beach toys and beach chairs.

    The master bedroom features a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twins, and the family room has a queen sleep sofa.

    This attractive beachfront complex includes two pools (one seasonally heated), four tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. Fishing ponds are also on property.

    You will be just minutes away from the oldest city in the USA with its abundant history, Marineland, Fort Matanzas, the Lighthouse, Ripley's, the Alligator Farm, and scores of wonderful restaurants and shopping spots.

This condo is great! The cleanliness and location can not be beat. The host left great instructions for check in and check out was very simple. Lots of beach items (chairs, umbrella and beach toys) for all ages to enjoy the beach.

We love this condo! It is in a great location and steps away from the beach. It is very clean and well taken care of. The host is wonderful...timely with info about check in and responds quickly to any questions.

Perfect in every way!

This St. Augustine Beach condo was perfect! Location was great, close to beach and restaurants! The unit itself was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Super clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again!

St. Augustine Fun Getaway

We love a break from our Minnesota winter and this fit the bill! The condo was a block from a lovely beach, the unit was great for cooking in a healthy way, beds were comfortable, and St. Augustine was icing on the cake. We would love to come back again.

Lovely condo near the beach

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this lovely condo. It is clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the location! It's convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, great ice cream and Old Town. But best of all it's on the beach! We enjoyed our long morning walks on the beach!Len is wonderful...very responsive! I highly recommend this condo.

Hospitable and charming

This is a beautiful property and a great location right next to the beach is a short drive to Saint Augustine downtown and just fire enough away To get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is very clean and easily accommodates four people. The hosts are attentive and kind and provided all of the necessary information that we needed well in advance so that we could check in easily and enjoy our stay. would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and looking forward to staying here again in the future

A little slice of paradise

Love at first site. Beautiful property, great location and great amenities. We absolutely love this place. It was stocked with everything you needed. Just bring your clothes and food so you can enjoy your stay. 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay there again.

Property very well maintained. Security is great. Have a lot going on for us staying there. Enjoyed the water aerobics. Did not have people above us the majority of the stay which was very peaceful. LR furniture could be updated for comfort purposes.

Great, convenient location to restaurants and the Historic district.

Very clean, and centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see. The beach was great for walking. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool but the pools looked great. The condo was very quiet. We will definitely consider returning in the future.
