Just steps from the sand, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and creativity, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to unwind by the coast.



Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the patio, your afternoons strolling to the beach or launching a boat down the street, and your evenings gathered around the wood-burning fire pit under the stars. With funky tropical décor, life-size games, and plenty of cozy indoor and outdoor spaces, this home makes it easy to switch into vacation mode the moment you arrive.



THE PROXIMITY:

This desirable slice of Anastasia Island is brimming with natural beauty and convenience. Beach days are just a short walk away - no need to fuss with parking or crowds, and now safer than ever with a crosswalk to the beach access. Bring your boat along and take advantage of the nearby boat ramp, or head out for a day of adventure exploring the waterways. When you’re ready for a change of pace, you’re only 20 minutes from Historic Downtown St. Augustine, filled with charming shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you’re here for a quiet getaway or an active vacation, everything you need is right at your fingertips.



THE SPACE:

This inviting home comfortably sleeps 6, making it perfect for families or small groups. Inside, you’ll find bright, playful décor, Smart TVs, and fast Wi-Fi to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and everything you need to prepare meals, while the propane BBQ grill outside sets the stage for easy cookouts. Laundry is a breeze with a washer and dryer in the unit. Outdoors, the tropical patio offers comfy seating, space to relax, and games big enough to make everyone smile. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, lounging with a drink in hand, or gearing up for a day on the beach, this home is made for connection, relaxation, and fun.



OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.



THE LAYOUT: This home has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout.

Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen bed

Primary ensuite Bathroom: Outdoor shower

Bedroom 2: 1 Twin over Queen Bunk bed

Guest Bathroom: Full interior bathroom with a shower/tub combo in hallway

Living room: 1 Queen sofa bed



LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer inside a closet located on the patio. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.



PARKING: Parking is available in our driveway, and we ask that there is no parking on the grass. Cars must be parked to the left near to allow ingress and egress for the guests in the other unit.

Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just down the street to the beach!



*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire cottage #7084, and all of it's amenities on the left side of the property. Please note, a different group of guests may be staying in the other cottage, and may also have a dog.



The Neighborhood:

Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Here, you will feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community!



There are several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.



Nearby restaurants include Paladar Cuban Cafe, Commanders (a local favorite for oysters and seafood), the Sand Bar for a drink and games, and Crescent Beach Bar & Grill. One of my all time favorites is Back 40 A1A (you have to try the Chimichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos)!



A short drive to the south is Palm Coast, where you can visit the Matanzas Inlet, walk through the rose gardens at Washington Oaks State Park, or a round of golf at Hammock Beach Golf Club.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.



Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice.



Dog friendly only. 1 dog allowed, with maximum weight of 20 lbs.



Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month.

-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.

-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!



NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am.



LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
