Family stay

The property was perfect for a family gathering. The location is great. Walking distance to Publix,the pier, restaurants and the beach. It was great for kids and the backyard playset was so nice to have. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and had the best time during our stay!

Arrived day after hurricane

The house was very responsive to my concerns about the hurricane. The house is lovely and very functional for a family. She provided beach equipment, which was very helpful. Kitchen needs to be better supplied. I'm sure it will be For the next guest. Some work was being done to make it more child friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect fit for our family

Mother in law came to visit with some accessibility issues. House was a great setup for multiple adults w/w/o kids... backyard peaceful with plenty of shade or sun whichever you prefer. Cannot beat location for access to beach/food/grocery store etc. We are local residents and definitely recommend this rental for what it shows it to be.

Communication with owners

There were a few problems- however, the owners responded quickly and fixed the issues. There were negatives: old hot tub dumped in the bushes in the back yard, backyard fence had several holes - so we couldn’t let our small dog out by herself, & the front yard bed needed to be cleaned up.

Wonderful!

Our family of five with dogs had a wonderful time. The host was fabulous and very responsive the couple of times I reached out. Very responsive!! Lovely home set up perfectly for our group. The location cannot be beat. Far enough away from crowds but within five minutes of being back into the heart of Saint Augustine. Daily walks down to the beach half mile away could not be beat. Two nice restaurants within walking distance, pier for fishing and groceries 3 minutes away! No need to say more. Highly recommend and we will rent again if we return. Thank you to our host!!

Vilano Vacation

Our kids and grandkids got together to celebrate a birthday and have some beach and fishing adventures. This house was perfect for everyone to spread out. My son and his wife got the upstairs apartment, since they have a baby, and they enjoyed some privacy and quiet, away from the other kids. The house was well furnished and very spacious. The backyard is huge and private. Plenty of towels and supplies were provided. The location of the house is very near the pier, the Publix, and a short walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Eliska, the property manager, was very kind as well as responsive, and was a pleasure to communicate with. This house was a perfect hub to enjoy all the many nearby attractions and nature, and super comfortable for extended families. We were very happy with the house and location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing home! A must stay at in Vilano!

This home was absolutely amazing and perfect for our Anniversary weekend and our daughters birthday. Home was immaculate and so comfy. Plenty of room for us and her friends as well. Loved walking to the Beaches Tiki bar ever night! Had one issue and the owner had the service people out in like an hour. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again!

Relaxing Family Beach Week

Beautiful spacious home, with multiple TVs, large dining table and large sofa in living room. Two Kitchens! (no dishwasher upstairs). Walking distance to fishing pier (to the west) and beach access (to the east), Publix (grocery store and liquor store) within walking distance. only limited dining options within walking distance, but a short drive to many nice places...including downtown St. Augustine. The property manager was responsive. The only negative was the dining room chairs were a little hard (no cushions) which made it less comfortable to sit at for long periods of time (to play games). My wife and I stayed with our two adult children, their spouses, and our 12 year old granddaughter...beach chairs and beach blankets were available.

Great location

The house has plenty of space for a large family and multiple couples. The yard is huge and we had plenty of space for yard games, they have a volleyball/badminton net already set up and there is a nice fire pit area. There is plenty of outdoor seating in the porches, it was great for coffee and breakfast in the mornings. There is a great restaurant literally 100 yards away and a pier. There were several beach parks close by as well. Their are all kinds of beach supplies in the living room closet which was awesome! The location was perfect, we were 15 minutes from old town area. We went to Saint Augustine for a family funeral, this house gave us room to spend time together while giving us space to be alone when we needed it. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large family or group. The Wi-Fi worked great which was a relief because cell reception in the area was awful except when we were connected to Wi-Fi at the house. I am very pleased with our stay. I will say, you might want to bring a few extra wash clothes and towels if you have a large group. They supply bath towels and some beach towels, but they are kind of limited and they don’t supply wash clothes. That is probably the closest thing to a complaint that I can come up with. The hostess was great, she have very clear instructions and was quick to respond to questions. the house rules and departure rules are clearly posted by the front door. I have already recommended the house to several friends.

Convenient St. Augustine location

Great place for our group of friends and family. Nice, quiet beachy Vilano Beach atmosphere with easy access to St. Augustine itself. Eliska is a great host, very responsive to any questions we had.

Family weekend get-away

We thorough enjoyed out long weekend at the Vilano beach house! The location was perfect for us to drive about 20 minutes to our grand-daughter’s gymnastics meet and to sight-see in St. Augustine. The beach and pier were minutes away to walk! The backyard space of the house was perfect for our special needs grandson. We also liked the setup of the house with the private upstairs unit just right for us grandparents. The host was very responsive to all communication and even ordered some beach towels when we asked if there were any there. We had a few issues with electronics- the upstairs tv would not connect to the internet, the fridge flashed an error code we couldn’t figure out, and the front door lock was confusing. Our host did not have time to fix these issues during the short time we were there but he was going to look into them ASAP. I would recommend this rental to families, couples, or friend groups!

Awesome Vacation Spot

Stayed here with my friends for a ladies long weekend trip. The house was in a great location (close to Publix, restaurants, and public beach access). It was a quick drive away from downtown St Augustine as well. We had plenty of room for 10 adults to sleep comfortably and had lots of space to get ready each day. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens for everyone. Living room space was great for socializing so we didn’t even end up using the outdoor space much. The beach items available in the closet were so helpful for our beach day! The house was clean and inviting. The host is very nice and responsive as well. We will definitely try to stay here again if it’s available when we’re able to come back for another visit! 😊

Great place!!

Our family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space to be comfortable and spaces available if anyone needed some alone time. House is in a Great location, within walking distance to Vilano beach, pier and eateries.
