The location of this property was perfect! We walked nearly everywhere and used our car maybe once or twice. One thing I didn’t realize was that this property was more of an apartment style where there are two units below and one right across from you. However that may of just been on me for not realizing that when booking— if they did mention that in the posting. We thought we were getting our own house/duplex but this is definitely more of an apartment style. Not a bad thing at all, just something to keep thought of. The unit still makes it feel like your own place. We knew the property allowed dogs, but be forewarned that you can hear EVERYTHING… so there were about 2/4 days where we heard the unit across from ours, dog bark for hours on end during the day. Not the properties fault, but something to take note of if you are looking for a quieter place. These aren’t negative things, just something to be aware of if you choose to book here. We still enjoyed the stay. The unit was nice and the location could not have been better. Parking for the most part was easy! Benoit was very helpful in ensuring we were responded to quickly.

We stayed here for the weekend and loved it-I’d say this property is our favorite from all the others we’ve used in st. Augustine. From the start, communication was quick and helpful-the owners were very extremely responsive. Our unit was perfect for my husband and I and our small dog. It was a little apartment that had everything you could need. The bed was so comfortable too which is very important to us! The location was ideal. We were able to walk to the historic area in less than 10 minutes. Parking was also a breeze. We took advantage of the street parking which was right out front, which couldn’t have been more convenient. We will definitely come back and I can’t say enough about this property.

We had a great time. Everything in the owners control was perfect! The access to bikes, stocked units, and backyard area were perfect! We occupied three units and they were all great! I only wish we didn’t have 6:30am wake up calls with a motorcycle that backfires and then roars causing us to wake abruptly each morning. We also could hear late night arguing from the downstairs guests on the first night, but again, not something in the owners control. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great spot

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, had a great porch with rocking chairs, and had plenty of towels and anything else we needed. The people who run the property were very communicative as well. I will stay here again without a doubt the next time I am in St.Augustine :).

Nice Getaway

Came over from the Tampa area for a few days to relax and decompress. We wanted to be close to Old Town and were not disappointed. The checkin process was easy; 2 combo codes and we were in! Cute unit, very clean and well appointed. Loved the quirkiness due to the age of the building- a lot of character. The AC was nice and cold when we arrived on a hot ,hot day. Overall we were very happy (including our pup who joined us) and will definitely reach out to our great hosts the next time we come to town.

Great Property and Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The entire property was very well kept. The bed was super comfy too! Parking was not a concern. The location of this property is fantastic. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to everything. We visit St Augustine a few times each year and this location is by far the best we have found. Would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit St Augustine!
