Good location and easy to walk to George Street and other shops/restaurants. The backyard was the best part of the house, with lots of chairs and space for the dogs. Having our own separate access to the apartment was really nice as well.We had some plumbing issues on the day we checked-in, which was fixed the following afternoon thankfully. Overall, we had a good stay with all the essentials offered in the apartment.

The place was great! Very short walk to the historic district which was a plus. Inside was very clean and the backyard is very cute to sit in and lounge. Loved being able to have our dog with us.

Checking in was relatively simple. Had a bit of confusion on how to use the door lock, but text the property manager and received a response right away. Good location to historic town, and shopping, as well as other nearby attractions.Would stay again.

Cute little unit

Perfect for a couple and their dog. Bed was nice, tv nice, shower nice, little kitchen area nice…unfortunately we were not able to sit outside (too cold), but the deck was very nice! Walking distance to the historical district. When we come back to St.Augustine we will definitely stay here!

Lovely place

Super cute. Excellent location. Bikes need some service but there was a bunch of them and very convenient. Loved the front porch. Bed was very comfortable. Disappointed there wasn’t a stove or hot plate, but not a deal breaker. Great price, location, and stay.

Comfortable Cute First Floor Apt

Very nice, comfortable room in an older home. Access from the street. Nice porch out back in fenced-in yard shared with other guests. Good location to walk around a lovely neighborhood. Nicely decorated.

Perfect location!

My husband and I stayed here during our recent trip to St. Augustine. The room was warm and welcoming and had all of the amenities we needed & more (mini fridge, coffee machine, dishes, pans, etc.)! The home is about a 10min walk to St. George St and all the happenings in town. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch with our dog and our coffee in the mornings too. Parking is a little tight but that’s to be expected in St. Augustine, however we had no issues with the street parking. We hope to be back again!

Light in St. Augustine

The unit was nice and clean. Cute place with a nice front/back porch with a yard but not completely fenced in. Within walking distance to downtown made it easy to enjoy your time and not have to find parking. Not far from the beach within a few miles to drive. We really enjoyed out time at the unit and will go back.

Short Walk to all the action

Such a lovely property. It was nicely situated on a quiet historic street. For my husband and I, it was a quick walk to downtown area. We love St. Augustine, so much history and beautiful architecture. Would stay here again.
