Cozy for my wife and I plus 2 boys and dog. Great view, easy access to beach and heated pool was a hit with the kids! TVs in both rooms are good sized and modern, rest of apartment is functional but a little dated. Had a great stay for New Years!

The space was a bit tight for our preference but still adequate and clean. There were a few maintenance issues and we were pleased that the host was local and took care of them when notified. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or beach because the weather didn’t cooperate.

Todd was a great host. Very easy going and quick to respond. There were some little things here or there with the property but with being at the beach and the constant guests it was easily overlooked. Nothing worth fussing over.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was excellent! Clean, convenient and overall a great place to stay! The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was very comfortable! The only drawback in our opinion was the back patio is right next to the boardwalk where people wash off from beach so there is limited privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

The Best

This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will definitely be back. Great communication with the owner, super clean, and the location is perfect!. We love being right by the boardwalk and the best part is we can bring our dog. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beach vacation.

Good place for a quick visit.

The trip started off rocky with just a few hours before check-in and still hearing nothing from the owner. I had to call VRBO customer service to get information. Property is as described and good for a single person or couple. 1st floor, next to the pool and boardwalk. Easy access to the beach and great view. Big tv's in both the livingroom and bedroom. Comfy couch in the livingroom. Things to note, wear shoes in the condo. Within minutes of getting out of the shower the bottom of my feet were black. However, everything else was clean. Also, recommend bringing your own bed sheets. The sheets on the bed are incredibly rough and uncomfortable.

Ok but needs a total update

The complex was nice and on the beach. The kitchen had 2 forks only and cookware that the Goodwill wouldn't take! The furniture was not sturdy and the mattress was horrible. The owner was nice. The condo is small and I don't think 4 people would be comfortable. The pool and outside was delightful.

Tiny, comfy beachfront escape

Our experience here was somewhat spoiled by the holiday weekend. The property was packed and we did not go near the pool. We put the ac on fan all night to help offset conversations right outside our window. Took 30 minutes Sunday to get to historic St Augustine and more crowds. Oh well! But what a beautiful beach for swimming and people watching! We even enjoyed our storm view from couch! The place was very neat and clean and high-functioning, with a comfy bed. Good value!
