Host was responsive and the place was nice and clean! Location was great about 15 mins from downtown and host gave us suggestions of some good food spots :) !

My fiest stay in a tiny home and it didnt disappoint. Nice place, very clean, check in was quick and simple. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. Quiet neighborhood in a good location with a beautiful saltmarsh view across the street. Would definitely stay again!

Great Weekend Stay in ST. A

Chris' place was great for a weekend stay in St. Augustine! Quiet and private neighborhood and cute tiny home that was perfect for two of us. Short drive to downtown where we spent much of our time exploring!

Perfect stay!

This tiny home is the perfect getaway! The bed is very comfortable, comfy blanket and pillows on the couch to cozy up and watch a show. Short driving distance from many restaurants and stores.

Trip to Saint Augustine

I really enjoyed staying in this tiny house while me and my husband were on are honeymoon in Saint Augustine. We didn’t have anything problems with anything and are was overall very amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at your Tiny house. Everything was clean when we arrived. House had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was Excellent. Location is perfect, Quiet tucked away but still convenient to everything. We will be keeping you in mind for our future Travels.Thank You

Nice stay at a remote location. Would have been ideal if weather would have been better. Otherwise great location, well equipped, calm and in an interesting environment.The only minor downer was that the host sent us lots of messages: „what to do and not to do“?Nevertheless recommend stay.

Cute tiny home

Cute tiny home in quiet neighborhood. It is very private with parking spot. It is perfect for a short stay. The main bed is on the 2nd floor but you are not able to stand up on the loft area. Communication with the host was excellent.

The tiny house is very comfortable. Especially for a single person or a couple. The house was very clean and in a very nice and quiet location. I would definitely stay there again. The only issue was the ladder to climb up to the bed loft. It felt very unsteady to climb up and down. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Great couples getaway.

Very secure location. It was quiet and quaint. Loved the off street parking. The house itself was clean and well maintained. All the appliances were in working order. Hope to visit again!

Tiny house in St Augustine

Lovely tiny house as described. Easy drive to downtown St Augustine but in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean, very comfortable futon with foam topper (as nice as any bed with a mattress), and parking in front of the house. Close to beach also. Trip was daughter (upper 30’s) and mother (not upper 30’s) and both found the tiny house to be comfortable and perfect for a trip to St Augustine

Perfect!

So clean and fresh. Slept great in the cozy loft. Great shower. 10-15 min Uber to downtown St. Augustine. Great place to park my car. Gorgeous landscaping & nature in the yard. Highly recommend!!

Loved our stay!

I came for a visit from Tennessee to see some friends. This tiny house had a 110v plug I could plug my tesla into!!! I will be staying here again if we choose to come back to St Augustine. The ladder is a little steep but I enjoyed the loft bed!

Everything was wonderful!! Tiny home and its appliances plus all its amenities (i.e. Parking & yard) beautifully maintained. Very thoughtful organization and availability of necessities. Superior Host was especially friendly and always quick to reply! Top Notch property & Host!
