Cozy Two Level Condo Overlooking the Ocean and Beachside Pool!

  • This two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse style condo is located in the heart of St. Augustine beach. The first floor features a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining combo, wood floors, laundry room, ceiling fan, smart TV and a private balcony overlooking the beachside pool and beautiful Atlantic Ocean. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a King and the other a Queen as well as the second full bathroom, accessible from both rooms. There is another private balcony with stunning views off of the primary bedroom. Ocean Villas has two pools (one heated in the winter) and is in very close proximity to shopping, dining and just a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Lovely Beachside Stay

We had an excellent stay, love the location and easy walk to the beach and pool, the sunset views were great as well.

Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful experience with our unit. Everything was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is less than a mile from the grocery store which was very helpful.

Great short stay

We weren't able to stay long in St. Augustine at this property but we'll likely be back. I slept like a baby (which doesn't happen often outside of my own bed). We didn't have any issues with the property and wish the weather would have cooperated since it was right on the beach and overlooked the nice pool.

September Vacation

Wonderful condo. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Awesome ocean views. Very quiet. The pool was great and never crowded. The condo was very clean. Walkable to several restaurants and mini golf. Highly recommend Mango Mangos - excellent food! Easy drive to downtown. The primary bedroom does tend to get a little warm so I recommend taking a fan. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. I also recommend taking your own pillows - the ones there were very flimsy. Great water pressure in the showers and always had hot water. Our only complaint were the towels were not good. They felt like sandpaper they were so rough. Overall we highly recommend this condo!

Family Wedding and Reunion stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean , but was somewhat dated, doors needed maintenance, a/c vents very dirty , televisions were small , no USB ports available, down stairs shower had heat control problem, seemed to be opposite of handle indicator ... balcony door would not lock , outside balcony furniture seemed weak , carpet needed shampooed ... but one of our biggest problem was parking , we had 3 condos between us with 6 parking passes . We only had 3 vehicles and we could not leave for outside activities when we wanted to we had to change timing when we would be able park a vehicle in the parking lot . Parking at Winn Dixie and someone shuttling back and forth or using an Uber is not a viable option . The parking availability is very poor .

The pool and easy access to the beach is superb. Everything is close by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been returning and renting the same unit at Ocean Villas for the past several years. We love the location of this unit, both on the property and on the island.The unit itself with its two South facing balconies, overlooks one of two beautiful pools and offers some great views of the ocean. Experiencing the breathtaking beauty of the sunrise never gets old! We were pleased this year to find the owners had done some much appreciated updates, replacing all of the kitchen appliances and the dated TV armoire with a lovely console, giving the room a much more spacious, "beachy" vibe.Ocean Villas is located in St.Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island away from all the hussle and bussle of "The Old City" but just close enough to experience all its attractions and beauty, as well.Unit 59 is not one of the largest units on the property, but we find it has all the space we need.Who spends much time indoors when you're in Florida anyway?The staff at Resort Rentals are top notch to deal with but actually, once we check in, we've only had a rare need through the years to contact them (a sign of a well maintained property). We look forward to returning next year to once again, experience March Madness in St. Augustine Beach!
