Property was really cozy and very clean. If you make your own coffee and wanted to cook the coffee maker and utensils were excellent. Extremely close to everything.

This cozy upstairs apartment is ideal! Just a short walk to all of the shops, restaurants,etc. but far enough off the beaten path to be quiet. Very clean and well appointed! Virginia was SO easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

Lovely updated apartment with all the amenities. Within short walking distance to many great restaurants and local historical attractions. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Would highly recommend it.

July 4th!!

Location!! Most St Augustine tourist attractions are within 5 blocks! Quiet spot with comfortable beds and two shaded parking spots.

Perfect location

Property was as described in listing. The location is perfect for walking to historic district, restaurants, sites. Neighborhood is safe and accommodations were very comfortable. Would rent again.

The apartment was lovely, nicely appointed and exactly as advertised. The location can't be beat, close to downtown but a block or 2 away so it's nice and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic location with lovely amenities.

St Augustine is lovely with a perfectly located apt. I recommend Catch 27, River and fort for drinks and Cordova for eloquent dining.

Unbelievable spot! Super cute. Couldn't believe our luck.

This location was amazing! SO walkable to everything. Our car never left its parking spot. It was just off the main area, so it was quiet when we wanted it to be. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean, great communication and we loved the decor. We can't wait to book our next stay!

Apartment is exactly as described and clean! There are two bedrooms, one bed was very soft and the other a more firm. We have a midsize suv that fit easily in the parking area which is definitely big enough for two SUVs. You are a two minute walk to old town and the neighborhood is quiet and charming. The only negative thing I could say is the lighting in the kitchen could be a little better, but we got used to it quickly and didn’t think much more of it. We would definitely stay at this place again when visiting the area. The owners were polite, communicative, and responsive.

Cozy apartment, great location!

My husband and I spent a week in St. Augustine at Christmas and this apartment was ideal! Location was everything, free off-street parking and a short walk to historic Downtown St. Augustine! The apartment was welcoming, clean and had all the essentials. Check in and check out were easy, the host responded quickly when I had a question. If you're looking to explore St. Augustine, avoid traffic and parking trouble this comfy apartment is a 10/10!

Cute and cozy in great location

This apartment is in a great location to walk the downtown area of St. Augustine. It’s in a quiet area, close to all the sites. It has everything you need to stay and is clean and nicely furnished. Only thing to note is bathroom is a little tight, so if you are larger it might not be comfortable for you. It is also second floor, so you have to climb stairs. We enjoyed staying here and definitely would recommend it!
