Loved the pool and comfortable seating. Plenty of indoor space for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Might want to check on the roof leak and clean out the pool shed.

First of all…Tammy, the host, was just phenomenal!! We had a few questions and she was there in no time to help us out!!! The house has lots of space. The kitchen was perfectly equipped!! The pool was wonderful and the perfect temperature!! We look forward to visiting St. Augustine and staying here again!!!

Old house in desperate need of renovation. Very dirty & downright dingy. Cobwebs in corner ceilings in kitchen, dirty fan blades, musty, mildew odor in some of the rooms. Tiny ants in master & small roaches in kitchen. One master sink faucet inoperable with no water flow. Master fan set on 1 fixed setting, non adjustable. Rust in bathtub (bare feet standing on rust) in guest bathroom. Emergency safety lights with wires exposed & hanging on wall. Surely not up to code. Nothing like what was described by other renters in property description. "9" ratings were downright false. Maybe years ago, but not today. Way overpriced for the condition it is actually in.

Was not able to stay because roaches are everywhere in the house the pool heater didn’t work like stated the house was dirty we ask for a refund and the owner has not responded I have pics and videos of everything.

Location is awesome. Tammy, our host was very friendly and helpful but we were disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated when we arrived nor working the following day. Could have used more dish soap and garbage bags.

Everything was wonderful until the roaches. Communication was prompt and she was very helpful. When our stay was over and i tried to talk to her about the roaches she waited a week to respond and was just rude. So i wouldn't recommend staying here. She is ok until you try to tell her there is roaches. She said the people after us didn't see any. THAT IS BECAUSE MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND CLEANED THE HOUSE TOP TO BOTTOM. Because we were worried about them getting in our luggage.

Keureg doesn't work-we bought a huge box of K-cups we couldn't drink There is a coffee pot to brew coffeeFloors under furniture/beds were not cleanFloor in main area very dirty, bottoms of feet discoloredCrumbs and trash wrappers found under couch cushions-see pic Bunk bed In Arizona room is positioned under a ceiling fan that was dangerous for top bunker and fan switch not accessible to turn off and a sign warning to not move bed or furniture that could scratch floors (100 fee) made us not comfortable to reposition bed! Update: the remote for fans and lights in was found on a side table turned face down when we were packing up to leaveCobb webs in corners of ceilings of bed rooms A Black hair clump or weave found in hall bathroom drain on arrival. Had to be removed before shower could be used (gross)Pool area chair broken-cushion falling through seat. Roaches crawling in bathroom and kitchen.spiders crawled into a suitcase on the floor. Large Mirror in front hallway smeared with oil or something that caused terrible streaking and obstructed reflectionKitchen is small and not well ventilatedUsing the stove to cook dinners made the kitchen so hot, we could hardly stay in there to help prepare the mealIce maker in freezer never made more that 5 cubes in 4-6 hours. We had to buy bags of ice to maintain the amount of ice we all needed for drinks, etc. 9 people. We emptied the ice container Friday and it wasn't even half full on Monday when checking out*Grade F*

Beautiful Getaway

The property was clean and perfect for two families with four kids. Everyone had plenty of space and the kids loved playing in the heated pool. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. In addition, the location was convenient being minutes from Historic St. Augustine and equally close to the beach. We had a great stay!

Saint Augustine 04/2025

The location of the house is great. Nice safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown (25’ walk). The house itself is nice. Well equipped. Bedding are good quality. Very quiet and charming. The backyard is private and fenced with the pool heated to 87F was very nice.Few downsides are the cleaning (dust under beds and kitchenware/silverware that needed to be washed before use ). We were also disappointed with the outdoor set up (only 3 lounge chairs and 2 dining chairs around the used dining table for a house supposed to host 10 guests). Pool wasn’t cleaned before our arrival either. With few updates, newest outsoor furnitures and better cleaning I would have given a 5 stars review, because the house and location are really nice.

Night of lights stay

It was a very nice stay well stocked kitchen. Communication with the property owner was great. We only stayed one night it is roughly a 15 minute walk over the bridge to downtown st Augustine. Beautiful home.

Great location not a great place

We had an amazing time at this property, the location was great since it’s about 10min from downtown and right next to Anastasia State Park. However, there were some flaws for this house, it was not cleaned properly, we were 10 people and only one shared and very small bathroom available, no cleaning or personal cleaning supplies were available such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, dishwasher soap, etc. Also, we had only one table that fit 6 people to eat so we were not able to have food together. The towels and general linen provided were not in a great condition and the bbq was dirty as well.

St Aug trip

Excellent in every way, great owner with positive attitude about the everything. Great location with plenty of private inside and outside the house. Drawers full of every possible tool you’ll need in the upgraded kitchen. Great WiFi and tv. Pool is awesome, baskets of towels to use. No complaints at all.
