Best host ever

Deanna was amazing accommodating my dog’s and my needs. She suggested places to go.The house is beautiful with a huge backyard to enjoy the weather and let the dogs run.The neighborhood was s beautiful, with beautiful houses, very safe. Close to everything. My dogs and I had a great time.I highly recommend Deanna’s house.

Great home in a great location

This is our second stay here. The home is a ranch on a double lot so the back yard is big. We have 2 dogs and they loved the yard. The home is very well equipped and it’s a fantastic location. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. Walking the dogs usually meant having a nice conversation with some neighbors. Overall it’s a great rental. The owners reply promptly to any questions.

Old Florida charm in perfectly-located cozy home

If your destination is St. Augustine, this gem of a bungalow is a perfect place to stay. We stayed here for about six weeks and it was comfortable and pleasant. The master bedroom has a supportive good mattress. The fully-fenced backyard is huge and beautiful - the photos do not do it justice. The owners Deanna and Chris were wonderful to communicate with. The Fullerwood neighbourhood is beautiful and it's just a quick hop in the car to go downtown to see the many historical sights or dine in wonderful restaurants. Also, the house is just a few minutes' drive to gorgeous Vilano Beach. If location is important to you, you can't beat staying at this quaint lovely home.

Cozy home in great location.

Deanna was very accommodating to our needs as we had just relocated to the area. The home is dated but very comfortable and charming with a great location near Historic St Augustine.

Great place to visit St. Augustine

We loved location and overall property. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We were close to many of the places we wanted to visit and had lovely visits and dinners with our granddaughter and her husband. St. Augustine is a lovely place we had not been to before, but I'm sure we will return.

Superb

Exceptional location to historic downtown St.Augustine, just minutes away. Also, the area where the house is located is quiet and safe to walk your pets around. Definitely would stay here again !! Super hosts as well, handled any minor problems we had.

Best vacay!

This vacation house was absolutely perfect for our stay (my son, myself, my furry son, Angus. The fenced-in yard was great as was the sun porch and the layout of the house. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet also. It was an easy ride to old town or the beaches and the sightseeing , as well as the restaurants. We met no one who wasn't very nice. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend this house, and this city to anyone!

Fantastic property

The home was better then described. It is larger than we expected and the back yard was very big, our 2 dogs really enjoyed the space. This property had everything we may have needed, the kitchen was so complete we were shocked. The neighborhood was even nicer than described, so many friendly people, we really enjoyed our walks. The location was ideal, very convenient to activities. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this property

quiet and peaceful

It was a great place to stay until our daughter started getting flea bites. Bedroom where she stayed had previously had animals in it. they came to let off smoke bombs as soon as we let them know. Wonderful place except for fleas.

Long term guests

Deanna was a great host to us while we were waiting for our home to be built. I would recommend for long and short term stays. The house is very close to downtown St Augustine but it’s also tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Six weeks of fabulous

We were waiting (and waiting!) for our new home to be finished. This was the perfect place for our little family to hunker down. Our Golden Retriever loved the spacious backyard and walkable, friendly neighborhood as much as we did. The house allowed us all to spread out and work or relax when needed. Deanna was super-communicative and welcoming. Just a great overall experience.

Older home in a quiet hood

Great little house that has everything you need, in a quiet neighborhood that's great for walks. Within walking distance (about 2 miles) to the downtown area where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from! Also only about 2 miles to the beach.

Comfortable home

This home is very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard garden area is a great place to relax after a day of touring St Augustine and the National Parks. The owner and property manager were very helpful with providing information on the area.
