  • The view from the large, top floor balcony is incredible. This 3BR/2BA condo is meticulously maintained.All tile floors. Enjoy a movie on one of our 4 flat screen TV's. The master bedroom, with a balcony view has a king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and daybed. The "crow's nest" 3rd bedroom has 2 twin XL 10in memory foam mattresses that will sleep any adult or child comfortably.
    Relax on the reclining leather seating while you watch a movie on the 46'HDTV with HBO, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix or pull your seat up to the counter height dining table and play a game of cards.
    This condo is conveniently located next to the elevator and has everything you need for a relaxing family vacation, girls weekend, or romantic getaway.
    We have self check in with keyless entry. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness and condition of our property. We are constantly freshening the appearance and functionality of our unit. What you see in the pictures is what you will see when you walk in our door.
    The brand new boardwalk to the beach is complete! The new walkway has no steps and will make the beach much more accessible for everyone!

Incredible view from the large balcony….overlooked the beautiful pool as well as the ocean. The condo accommodations were spacious, very clean, and well appointed. I’ve stayed in condos at Crescent Beach for over 50 years and this one ranks in the top five!

Perfect for a Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for a holiday getaway with our 92 year old mother. The elevator location was right across from the entry door, and the reclining furniture worked well for her. The place was also well stocked and very clean.

Wonderful

We had the best time and the condo was perfect. 4 out of the 5 of us flew in so Linda was gracious enough to have beach chairs for us to borrow. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

The host was amazing and was easily accessible. The condo is very well stocked with all of the essential items. It’s nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed our girls trip and would highly recommend this property!

It was a wonderful 3 day weekend for my husbands birthday. The condo was grea, very clean, comfortable furniture. We spent the majority of our time on the very large balcony. There was a great view of the pool & ocean. The weather was a little rainy at times but there was plenty of room to sit on the balcony still under roof & not get rained on. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Respite

We had a wonderful time on our "spring break!" Linda and Ed's condo was perfect, the location, the atmosphere,view! Beds were comfy and clean. And I appreciated the extra fan in the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend and will book again!

Great Location

4th Floor condo with view of the ocean and pool. Directly across from the elevator and stairs. Condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures and descriptions. Great balcony furnishings with a gentle ocean breeze. Close to restaurants, activities and historic St. Augustine.

Perfect Family Vacation

We LOVED this condo and the amenities of the property. An updated, beautiful condo with EVERYTHING we needed, and a PERFECT view from the spacious balcony. The proximity to the beach and size of the pool was perfect for my family. We loved every minute. The owners were super nice and accommodating and helped us with literally anything we needed. Vacation time

Very clean condo in all rooms. Kitchen cookware, utensils, etc. adequate for cooking. Balcony view of ocean is great to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Food trucks were available throughout the week. Hoping to be able stay again next year.

Great Place to Relax

The condo was clean, it has a better view of the beach than what the picture can show, the outdoor furniture was comfortable. Indoor seating was comfortable and it was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Linda was excellent to communicate and rent from, if there was any question she would respond within 5-10 minutes. Very professional.

Couldn’t be better

Immaculate, beautifully updated decor and very comfortable beds and furniture . Equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen . Owners are easy to communicate with and promptly return texts when we have a question. Colony Reef offers a large pool, and an additional bonus of a large grassy area young people and children gather to play ball and meet new friends.

Perfect family vacation!

Probably the best vacation in years! The condo is spacious and beautiful. The deck is beyond anything we’ve had before. All 7 of of us fit comfortably on it with room to spare. The kids loved the small room with their own beds and tv. From the bedrooms to the kitchen everything you need is right there for you. Every room is well appointed. I could go on and on!! Beautiful beach with a sparkling clean condo and a view you will never forget. Your hosts are as amazing as the condo. Easy to talk with and promptly answered any questions. We are already wanting to go back!!
