The attention to detail was amazing! The cottage was clean with everything in its place. All household supplies were there. There was even a Keurig! The instructions were very clear and Lynn was readily available via text. On this, our 50th Anniversary trip, your cottage was a great highlight, providing wonderful memories!

We had a great time at the Coastal Cottage. St. Augustine is a lovely place to visit and this cottage was in a cool area. We were able to walk to breakfast and there were a couple of cool breweries/bars for late night fun, as well. Thanks for being an excellent host!

Great property, SUPER Clean and with all the amenities needed. I know I am being picky here but there were two things that would make me think about staying here again. Don't take me wrong, this property was VERY clean but, 1.- Having to put the towels in the washer and start the washer start the dishwasher and take all the sheets off all the beds on the way out as a check out process, it's a bit too much. 2.- the Knifes, OMG, I thought I was using wooded knifes! I had to buy my own at Publix to to get by. Again, may be picky but it makes a difference on some!Thank you for keeping the place as clean for your guests!

This is an adorable cottage right near the heart of St Augustine. It is as advertised or even better. Everything you need is there. Would have no trouble recommending if you are staying in that area.

We had a fantastic stay in St. Augustine! The house was immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short Uber ride or walk to everything. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Thanks to the team Bill and Gen for the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful little cottage. Everything was thought of as far as necessities like coffee and sugar to toiletries. The cottage was beautiful. Everything was in beautifully working condition. The propane fire pit.. " Amazing" because the temperatures did drop into the 30's during our stay.. Made for a nice chat outside in the elements. Needless to say... A great place to stay!!Now, tips for anyone staying here at the cottage. To no fault to Bill and Gen.. this is what to prep for here at the cottage.For those lite sleepers. Bring earplugs. Reason being is.. you will here a few passing train horns throughout the night. Roughly starting around 2am. So to block that sound. Get the plugs...Also, " the roosters " ... Possibly 3 maybe 4 of them. They also aren't fun for the lite sleepers. Plus, their crowing time is off.. They don't know if 5am is okay. 7, 8, or 9 am is good...So... " Get the plugs "...Then finally, " Woodsy the Owl "... He also likes late night conversation. Around 12ish.. So.. " Get the plugs "...These are all things that can't be controlled. With that.. would still stay again. Just come better prepared..Awesome place!! Thanks again y'all...

The property was very clean, well designed, and beautiful. Bill, the manager, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He was absolutely wonderful, and we had a fantastic time in St. Augustine at the cottage. I would highly recommend this place.

Very clean, no bugs, and lot's of extras, such as cooking spices, towels and blankets. The only thing it didn't have was grab bars for getting in and out of the tub. Being a bit elderly, that's getting more of a necessity these days. But, I would still recommend staying here!
