Cozy Cottage

Staying at Linda’s cottage was a fantastic experience! The place was clean and the thoughtful touches, like the extra towels and toiletries, made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Historic downtown and restaurants are all within walking distance. Linda was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations and/or any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, vintage decor and the comfortable beds. While the internet was a bit slow at times, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in historic St. Augustine.

Charming 2-bedroom cottage that had everything you needed for a long weekend stay or longer. The cottage was very clean and spacious. The owner was so responsive and helpful. The location was great. Never needed to take car into town as it was about a 10-minute walk. I would strongly recommend to friends and family to stay here.

Wonderful Bungalow Near Downtown

We had 4 staying in the house and it was a great stay. The house is very well appointed with some unique antiques and comfortable furniture. The house also felt very roomy.There is an awesome coffee shop, just steps away from the home. There were several comfortable porches to relax on and the house lacked absolutely nothing. Very close to downtown St. Augustine and walking distance to several restaurants. The fish house was very good.We would definitely stay there again.

Charming home near historic St Augustine

We arrived tired from a long drive to this charming home walking distance to St George St. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with personal care items. The front porch was a lovely place to sit and relax. The decor inside and out was perfect; classy and southern antiques and modern pieces.

Awesome Place

This home was very clean and adorably decorated. It was in a great location. Linda was very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. Easy walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Extra bonus there is a corner coffee shop across the street that has THE BEST coffee!!!!

Super cute place

We were so happy with the house. It’s super cute and the decor is cozy. Perfect for the 3 of us. Our niece was getting married at the Lightner Museum and this was perfectly located. We felt safe and it was close to everything. We walked a lot during the day and getting an Uber was so easy. Thanks Linda we had a great weekend with family making memories

Adorable Cottage in St Augustine

This is the cleanest, sweetest place I’ve ever stayed in St Augustine! The owner is so kind & accommodating. They were very happy to share their gem of a place with us. Walking distance to most everything. Highly recommend coffee & breakfast at Cornerstone Cafe, right around the corner. We’ll definitely be back!

Retirement Celebration!

We planned a week in St. Augustine to celebrate my retirement with family and friends. Our accommodations were perfect. Great host, amazing house and location. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and attractions. Short drive to great beaches. Great outdoor space. We loved the front porch! Loved this place!

Quiet and relaxing!

The cottage was exactly what you would expect! Very clean and well thought out in every aspect of our stay! Linda was always there to answer any questions we had and offer great ideas for the town. Super close to the cafe and very easy to catch the trolly for tours of the city. Would highly recommend this charming cottage. We will be back!

This property was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail and cleanliness of the home was impressive! The location was perfect for us to walk to shopping and there was no shortage of restaurants/cafes near us. Everything we needed and more!

The images and descriptions were completely accurate and the details the host has in this home are well done and charming. Host thought of everything! Super clean, lots of towels, comfy bedding. It is a great location and in a safe neighborhood. It was wonderful for two couples to enjoy for a few days but would also be perfect for an extended stay.
