Linda was a great host both in responding to our questions and being flexible with our schedule. The house was quaint and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Our host thought of every last detail. The home was spacious, the decor was eclectic and the space was so very clean!! The home had a great porch with a fan and plenty of comfy seating. We could walk to parks, a horse farm, restaurants, shopping and a distillery. This bungalow is a little gem that offered big fun!!

This was our second stay in Linda's cottage, and everything was great just like the last stay. Linda is very responsive and helpful. The cottage is beautiful and in a great location just far enough from all the activity and noise in town but still very walkable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Welcoming Cottage - Would Stay Again

Cottage is cute and well arranged on top of a location that allows for walking to St George Street. The long weekend was not long enough to enjoy all there was to offer. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

A Fantastic Babymoon

This was the perfect house to stay in for our Babymoon! We had friends join us that are also expecting and they also loved it! Perfect for a couples getaway! The house was so clean, beds were comfortable, and loved the spacious bathrooms. My favorite part about the house was the proximity to the trolly stop! You don’t even need to take a car to downtown if you get the trolly pass for a couple days. Just take the trolly into town! Also the cutest cafe is right next door, Cornerstone Cafe. Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a great experience in St. Augustine! Thank you Linda for having us! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in St. Augustine!

Cozy Cottage

Staying at Linda’s cottage was a fantastic experience! The place was clean and the thoughtful touches, like the extra towels and toiletries, made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Historic downtown and restaurants are all within walking distance. Linda was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations and/or any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, vintage decor and the comfortable beds. While the internet was a bit slow at times, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in historic St. Augustine.

Charming 2-bedroom cottage that had everything you needed for a long weekend stay or longer. The cottage was very clean and spacious. The owner was so responsive and helpful. The location was great. Never needed to take car into town as it was about a 10-minute walk. I would strongly recommend to friends and family to stay here.

Wonderful Bungalow Near Downtown

We had 4 staying in the house and it was a great stay. The house is very well appointed with some unique antiques and comfortable furniture. The house also felt very roomy.There is an awesome coffee shop, just steps away from the home. There were several comfortable porches to relax on and the house lacked absolutely nothing. Very close to downtown St. Augustine and walking distance to several restaurants. The fish house was very good.We would definitely stay there again.

Charming home near historic St Augustine

We arrived tired from a long drive to this charming home walking distance to St George St. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with personal care items. The front porch was a lovely place to sit and relax. The decor inside and out was perfect; classy and southern antiques and modern pieces.

Awesome Place

This home was very clean and adorably decorated. It was in a great location. Linda was very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. Easy walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Extra bonus there is a corner coffee shop across the street that has THE BEST coffee!!!!
