As soon as we walked in, I felt at home. Located in the eclectic and historic Lincolnville neighborhood, this cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable for my husband and me for our month long stay. The location is unbeatable. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the Lightner Museum and Flagler College right in the heart of downtown. The trolley stops literally around the corner too. We either walked or biked if it was possible. There is plenty to see and do and lots of excellent restaurants. Since we were there for a month, we were able to explore beyond just the downtown and found some fun bike trails. The neighborhood has plenty of beautiful streets to take walks. The front porch is fabulous and having the back yard with a grill and table was an added bonus when we had friends over for dinner.Linda was great to deal with. She promptly responded to any questions I had and it's obvious they care for the property. Our lovely time at this cozy cottage made a big impact on our overall enjoyment of our St. Augustine experience.

The host, Linda was very prompt in responding to questions and very nice. The house is great, location and amenities. There’s a nice little coffee shop around the corner and St Augustine Fish Camp restaurant within walking distance. Downtown area is walkable as well. We we definitely stay again when we go back to St Augustine

Very nice cottage. Great location and within walking distance of historical district...which is very important as there is no good parking downtown. The cottage offers 2 driveways! This is the cleanest place we have stayed! Comfortable beds and the showers had great pressure, hot and high shower heads (I'm 6'2") that's important. Communication with Linda (owner) was frequent and timely as needed. All appliances are in good shape. We would stay there again.

This lovely cottage was perfect for our family ladies group. Myself, my mother and her 2 sisters felt completely safe and comfortable in this spacious and charming cottage. We visited several attractions, took the trolley tour and went on the Nights of Lights tour. Wonderful time look forward to visiting again, we just needed a few more days. Thank you Cindy

Thank you for a great stay in your adorable home. We found the check in process easy, the home clean and well appointed, the beds comfortable and the towels luxurious. Would definitely stay here again. It was an easy walk to the main attractions and we didn’t need our car.

Our host thought of every last detail. The home was spacious, the decor was eclectic and the space was so very clean!! The home had a great porch with a fan and plenty of comfy seating. We could walk to parks, a horse farm, restaurants, shopping and a distillery. This bungalow is a little gem that offered big fun!!

This was our second stay in Linda's cottage, and everything was great just like the last stay. Linda is very responsive and helpful. The cottage is beautiful and in a great location just far enough from all the activity and noise in town but still very walkable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
