Backyard has been made into a beautiful place to read, nap or just relax in the sunshine. Location can’t be beat. Beach across road. Quiet street and walking distance to restaurants including breakfast diner, seafood restaurants, pizza, and donuts and bagels. Fishing pier in walking distance too. Close to the historicaldowntown district. Park and walk over the bridge or ride the free shuttle (during peak seasons) over. Lighthouse and amphitheater all very close. Wonderful host. Quick to respond

Fantastic place to stay for a beach trip! This house was the perfect size for my family to all sleep comfortably and we loved having two full bathrooms. Everything was clean, communication was prompt and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless. We also could not have asked for a better location-such a close walk to the beach and multiple restaurants!

Cozy cottage in the perfect location!

Such a nice, clean property in the perfect location. A very short drive to the amphitheater and the historic district, and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and several restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Quick beach trip

I have stayed at Buds Light house in the past, and come back because it is truly the nicest stay in St A. You are steps away from ice cream, and breakfast Diner, and the beach, and this house is one of the cleanest and nicest I have stayed in - and I have been to MANY! I have never needed anything while there, but Justina is always quick to respond to any communication. Thanks Justina, see you next time!

So clean and homey

Of the places I have stayed, this is one of my favorites, and I am a repeat customer. This cottage is well appointed through the kitchen, beautifully remodeled, and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and most importantly, the best ice cream on the beach. It is very relaxing for me, and even when it is just myself, it is worth the extra cost to me for the cleanliness and peace.

Location was perfect! Close walk to beach & to local restaurants, donuts, coffee, etc. Short drive into historic St Augustine. House was very nice. Would stay here again if I return to the area.

Friends fishing weekend

Three of us got together for an offshore fishing trip. The house and location were great. Close to the marina and places to eat. And while we weren’t there for the beach it was right across the street (we talked about bringing our wives next time since the beach was so close). We hope to come back again next year and if we do we’ll stay at Justina’s if available.

Girls Weekend

The house is beautiful & location too. There was lots of sand under all the rugs. Mentioning this because of rules to remove shoes. We found spider webs & spiders. We assume the house hadn't had renters for awhile before us. Other than that we loved it & it's amenities.

Adorable

Property was perfect for what we needed. Clean, nicely decorated, and in a perfect location. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was very good. One issue was that the showers would not turn on, but since we were just overnight and going straight home it wasn’t too much of an issue. If we were staying longer it may have been a problem. When I mentioned it to the host she explained that she should put a note in the bathroom explaining how turn it on, as it was tricky. We tried everything and nothing worked. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Great spot for any getaway.

Great location just one block from beach! Also lots of restaurants nearby, which makes this spot very convenient. House was 3 BR, had all conveniences, and was very clean and comfortable. Would def stay there again!

Such a lovely week, and a well-appointed house!

My college daughter, her friend, and I spent a week in this lovely house and I must say it is one of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable places I have stayed using VRBO. This house is well cared for, very updated, lovely floors, and in general feels like home. My family likes home cooking healthy meals rather than eating out, and there was surprisingly plenty of pots, pans, juicer, knives, serving bowls, and even some spices in the cupboard. All directions and house rules are clearly posted and easy to follow - like keeping sand out of the house, keep food out of the bedrooms, etc. It stays clean because it is kept clean! Laundry was right in the main area and easy to use. The other neat thing is that the street it is on is very quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and there was a great breakfast restaurant on one corner and ice cream on the other - we walked up there every night! It is also within walking distance of MANY restaurants. The beach is truly steps away, and since it is residential, it is quiet and not overpopulated. I felt more at home here than I can remember being away - very comfortable. We will be back soon! Thank you Justina!

Great property close to the beach

Bud's lighthouse is a well equipped, comfortable clean home located in a quiet location a short walk from the beach . Wonderful walks along the beaches. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby . Highly recommend Cafe 11 for live music - 2 blocks walk away. Justina was very helpful and responsive to questions .We highly recommend this property.
